Amazing rate, amazing views, amazing staff. Since we checked in the vibe was friendly and fantastic and sooooo welcoming. Anna was amazing the whole staff had smiles on their faces. It was a great stay.

Most properties are fine with me but I think this one was over rated on Expedia.
The location is good and you can walk to many places from there. The staff is nice.
But three things bothered me:
There are ants both dead and alive in the room. Surprising considering it’s nearly new.
The “rooftop bar” and “swimming pool” don’t really exist.
Finally, the front desk is unstaffed at night and when we needed them at their 7AM opening time - no one was there. I think they arrived late, maybe 7:15, bur it added some stress to our tight schedule.

The staff was very nice and cordial. The location is a stones throw from all restaurants and events. Most of the sites is about 20min walk.
The staff was very helpful. They even did a taxi arrangement on the day of taxi strike.
Very pleasant stay and will stay again if we went to Athens again.

We stayed there for the conference that happened in the same hotel. It is about 30 minutes walk from the Acropolis and the Plaka area. But the neighborhoods around the hotel are old, dirty and run down. We were told not to walk around at night.

"Property is “grand”. Location is not tourist friendly. We needed to call down for a few customer service issues and each time staff never picked up. Pool area,( rooftop) needs to provide more shade! Umbrellas perhaps?"
