"My stay at this hotel was overall very enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The cleaning lady was phenomenal—I had several conversations with her during my stay, and she was always pleasant whenever I saw her in the hallways. There was also a gentleman at the front desk whose name I unfortunately don’t remember, but he was extremely kind, helpful, and professional. When I first arrived, I wasn’t aware that guests under 25 are required to pay an additional fee. Although this caught me off guard, the staff were very understanding and helped me through the process. One suggestion I would make is to be cautious about telling guests they may be able to arrive before check-in time. Since the hotel was fully booked the night before, no rooms were available when we arrived, which was disappointing. However, the staff accommodated us by allowing us to use the pool while we waited, which was greatly appreciated. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The sheets did have a few minor stains, but nothing serious. The bathroom was clean, and everything else in the room was in good condition. I also enjoyed the amenities the hotel provided. The atmosphere was quiet, organized, and well-managed, and it was clear that the hotel staff takes their rules seriously to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back in the future."

"Here’s a shorter version that should fit more comfortably: Stayed 8 nights as a couple, no kids, in the ocean-facing building. This is an older beachfront hotel, not luxury, but not disgusting. Expect rust, chipped paint, older carpet, and general wear. Our room had no odor, and the sink/under-sink cupboards were clean. Main issues: the sliding glass door did not properly lock and was blocked with a piece of wood. We also had electrical issues: the alarm clock randomly lost power, and phone charging was unreliable unless cords were positioned just right. Important: the ocean-facing building is not accessible. You must walk up about 5 steps to enter, with no ramp, which also makes luggage difficult. The elevator was slow and last inspected October 2025; our stay was June 2026. Outdoor pool was clean but cold/unheated. Deck and chairs were clean, and staff hosed the deck daily. Bring your own pool towels. Housekeeping/supplies are by request only. Quality Inn allows service animals only. Dog noise seems to come from The Towers next door, which shares the dunes crossing. Best parts: free on-site parking, steps from the beach, beautiful ocean view, and restaurants/stores/attractions within walking distance. Overall: cheap, old, basic beachfront, but clean enough and comfortable for what it is."

"This is a great little spot for families to visit ocean city! The pools are great and the rooms were comfortable. There are a lot of food options close by that allow you to enjoy that fresh seafood and the shuttle is a great option to get to the beach! 100% recommend if you have kids."
