RiverCamp Lodge — Two-Story Cabin + Two Glamping Tents



Gather your favorite people for a cabin-and-camping getaway beside the Dry Fork River at Brooklyn Heights Riverfront Campground. RiverCamp Lodge is a roomy red two-story cabin on a large wooded site with river views, two furnished glamping tents, two firepits, outdoor seating and plenty of space to relax together.



SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The cabin sleeps up to nine guests in three twin-over-full bunk beds. Two bunks occupy one open upstairs sleeping room, and the third is in the downstairs common area. These are shared sleeping spaces for your group, rather than separate private bedrooms. Stairs are required to reach the upstairs room.



Both glamping tents are included, each with four individual 2-inch sleeping mats/pads (eight pads total). The property accommodates up to 17 guests: nine inside the cabin and eight in the two tents. Children ages 2–12 count toward the included guest allowance and maximum occupancy; infants under 2 stay free and are excluded from those counts. The nightly rate includes nine guests; additional guests are $7.50 per person, per night. Everyone staying overnight, whether in the cabin or tents, must be included in the reservation.



Bedding is not included. Bring your own sheets, blankets, comforters, pillows and sleeping bags. Optional cabin bedding sets are $15 per set for the entire stay: three full-bed sets and three twin-bed sets are available, or $90 for all six. Each set includes appropriately sized sheets, a blanket, a comforter, and one pillow for a twin bed or two pillows for a full bed. Sets are stored in heavy-duty zippered bags under the beds for use when rented. Tent guests must bring their own bedding suitable for the season.



CABIN COMFORTS

Enjoy heat, air conditioning, electricity, indoor lighting, a kitchen and food-preparation area, one medium refrigerator, one small refrigerator, a dining table, couches and chairs. Running water inside the cabin is not yet available.



TOILET FACILITIES

Toilet facilities ARE available: guests use a shared campground porta-potty outside the cabin. The lodge does not have an indoor bathroom or a private shower. This is a comfortable campground stay with rustic facilities, so please plan accordingly.



OUTDOOR LIVING

Your private lodge site includes two firepits, outdoor chairs, picnic and gathering areas, and a 10-by-20-foot canopy for covered outdoor dining. Parking is available at the lodge and nearby in designated areas. Keep campground roads and neighboring sites clear.



Spend your days exploring the river, relaxing by the water, or enjoying fishing, wading, tubing, kayaking and swimming when conditions allow. River levels change with rainfall; supervise children closely and choose activities appropriate to the conditions.



AROUND THE CAMPGROUND

Guests can enjoy the campground's shared river access areas, paths, gathering spaces and Coffee Pavilion. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available for $2 per cup. A wood-fired sauna experience is available to book separately, and firewood bundles are available for purchase.



Parsons is about four miles away for shopping, dining and services. Explore the scenic dead-end road extending roughly 2.5 miles beyond camp, or visit the Hendricks pedestrian swinging bridge about half a mile toward town.



GOOD TO KNOW

Check-in begins at noon; check-out is by 10 a.m. A $35 cleaning fee applies per stay. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.; audible amplified music, unregistered visitors and disruptive behavior are not permitted. Use only the designated firepits, follow any burn restrictions, and fully extinguish fires before leaving or going to bed.



RiverCamp Lodge combines indoor comfort with a genuine outdoor experience. Expect woodland surroundings, changing weather, uneven ground and the sights and sounds of an active campground—along with plenty of room to spend time together.



GUEST CAPACITY AND BRING-YOUR-OWN TENTS

The maximum guest count is the total permitted overnight group size for this site, including guests camping outside in their own tents. It is not a promise of an indoor bed or furnished sleeping space for every guest. Refer to the sleeping arrangements above for the beds, cots, mats and any tents supplied with this booking. Guests using their own tents must bring their tents, sleeping equipment and bedding. All overnight guests, including tent campers, must be included in the reservation and remain within the site maximum; applicable extra-person fees apply. Bringing a tent does not increase the maximum occupancy.
