It’s a beautiful property. The rooms were great but we didn’t have any hot water for the showers. There were four of us two of us took cold showers and they never did anything about it except saying oh sorry about that. I complain to two different people told them I’d like someone to call me and I never heard from anyone.

The refrigerator did not fit in dresser cabinet. It protruded out. The bathroom sink plug assembly was broke. Almost impossible to empty. For the money, we expect better.

Hotel is adjacent to Convent Station on NJ Transit train line making it easy to get in to New York City. Red Dog Tavern (on site) served well prepared food for reasonable price.

Stewart the over night front desk clerk was amazing, went above and beyond got the wedding party. He is one of the best in the industry, 10/10

We stayed here while visiting Drew University. The aesthetics were very relaxing and the beds were comfortable. A member of our party needed an accessible room due to a recent injury and the front desk was very accommodating. We will definitely consider this hotel in future.

Always a great stay!! Super clean & lovely staff! Check-in was a breeze. The gentleman that helped us is often there and he's so nice. The staff at the restaurant are top notch. We enjoyed some tunes from their piano player, an appetizer from the kitchen and great drinks from the bartenders (especially Mark). I highly recommend this hotel!!

The room they gave us was right above a wedding going on that ended at 11pm but the music continued until 11:45. The neighboring room was part of a wedding party and extremely loud until 1am. Would not recommend this hotel if you are here for a relaxing stay!
