The room, and basically the entire hotel, was very clean and well maintained. I was also surprisingly quiet. I did not hear noise from the rooms around me or above me. It was a pleasant, comfortable stay.

Our one night stay was great. The only downfall was that the bed wasn’t very comfortable, the pull out sofa bed was awful and the pillows are crap (most hotel pillows suck anyway). Great breakfast.

The Staff was absolutely Outstanding! A true joy to interact with, very personable and helpful. I have been to this facility many times in the past and have tried the other hotels nearby prior to staying at this Hyatt house and they are nothing compared! Since staying at the Hyatt, I have only and will only stay there whenever in New Jersey no matter the distance (in this case I was attending an event in NYC and still stayed at the Hyatt Parsippany). Kudos and Blessings to the Staff at the Hyatt. Keep up the Outstanding work!!

Overall, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was clean. It felt maybe a little dated, but it was lovely to stay there. We didn't like that we had to pay for parking. The breakfast was great!

The price I paid for 2 nights over the weekend were incredible cheap for Hyatt hotel. But while staying there I’ve noticed that the rooms need remodeling and upgrades compared to nowadays hotels Due to its flagship name “Hyatt “ I’ve always tried to book there. But it’s being falling behind against time and competitions. I don’t mind paying extra if it meets my expectations. Hyatt staffs are very friendly and helpful all the time and everywhere I go. No issues with them period. The new added kitchens are nice but somewhat not needed for certain travelers. Make the housekeepers busier instead of focusing on bathrooms, beds, Coffee pot in the room definitely needs to be changed. The breakfast buffet is always better and beats any other hotels nearby in the same class. The only thing I didn’t understand is we paid $15 for parking each day we stayed, there was plenty of parking spaces around the hotel property and self parking. Didn’t bother to ask the staff why.
