"The Hotel seems to have a large number of rooms which is not compatible for the only 3 (yes, three) slow elevators. It should be noted that 1 elevator appeared to be broken, so only 2 functioning). When I was there, the Hotel seemed to be fully-booked, which made me take the stairs up and down from the 5th floor as the elevator line was huge to be waited. "Yes, room 402 was very clean and comfortable! Staff was excellent, particularly the English speaking supervisor!! Food was excellent. We had a great time at the Ritz Lagoa Da Anta!! J and A 10/25"
