"Pros: One of the few properties that had heat and hot water at any time of the day. This 3star hotel is directly across the sanctuary making it an excellent location. For a fee it has patron parking at rear of hotel and offers continental breakfast. Staff were great and very helpful. They offered dessert and a beverage near the lobby desk every day. Cons: It could be 3.5 star hotel or better if the main carpeted areas were clean or replaced along with the dingy bedroom furniture."

"The check in is not convenient. We have to go to another location to check in. No WiFi. Upon check in, we found garbage on the top of the closet, and the bath towel has plenty of holes. The AC is not working. No extra blanket in the room. So we went to another location to ask for extra blankets and one clean tidy towel two times, they promised to send them over, no one came. No cups in the WC at all. No place for soap within the shower area. We stayed for two nights, very noisy, always woke up by the others. No landline phone at all, if you have any emergency, no way to call. This was our worst hotel experience. We don’t expect luxury, we just want basic. Honestly, we want our money back. "

"Our stay at the Hotel Estrela de Fátima in Fátima was truly exceptional and exceeded all of our expectations. Although we only stayed for one night, the experience left a lasting impression on us. The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect — centrally located and only minutes walking from the Chapel of Apparitions and the magnificent basilicas, allowing us to fully experience the spiritual beauty and atmosphere of Fátima with incredible convenience. Our room was outstanding: modern, spacious, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable, with all the amenities one would expect from a first-class hotel. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed to create a peaceful and relaxing environment. The views from our room were simply breathtaking and added something truly special to our visit. Waking up and looking out over such an inspiring setting made the experience even more memorable. Hotel Estrela de Fátima combines comfort, elegance, location, and tranquility perfectly. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fátima and would gladly stay here again in the future."
