"Room smelled really clean, staff was wonderful. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Dinner was great, amazing food. The room was nice and clean and warm after rainy day felt great. Shower worked perfect. No complains on anything , except walls are kinda thin , but beyond that everything was great . "

"Front desk is non-existent. Only saw the front desk lady on Saturday (considering we stayed in the hotel for 5 days). It's hard to communicate (no one answers the phone nor call back) if you need something or have a problem with your stay. Towels are old and needs to be retired (lot of holes). There's a small (8.5" x 11") sign in the front desk counter directing customer to call 2 other hotels if you need assistance. Elevator (lift) ride is scary. Other than these challenges, the hotel is okay."
