"The location of the hotel is PERFECT! It is within walking distance to everything. And above and beyond that is the staff. Upon checking they were very accommodating when we arrived early before check in. They made sure we were comfortable until our room was ready - even gave us a complimentary glass of champagne! They always assisted us with a smile to our questions and had great recommendations. The meal we had in the hotel restaurant was one of our best. We would highly recommend the BO hotel!"

"The rooms and entire building were super clean, and every staff member we interacted with was so friendly and kind. The breakfast menu is a little limited, but we honestly didn’t mind. The spa area was one of our favourite parts and was so relaxing. They have a steam room, sauna, indoor spa pool and hot tub. They also offer massages, although we didn’t book one. The rooftop pool is beautiful, but seating is limited, so I definitely recommend getting there right when it opens at 9am if you want to guarantee a spot. The lunch and dinner options at the hotel are also on the pricier side. Valet service was amazing and really convenient (unlimited in/out privileges). The location is easily a 10/10 and walking distance to almost everything you could need. The rooms are pretty small but again, most hotels are so we didn’t mind. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and it was the perfect way to start our honeymoon. 5 stars!"

"I really appreciated the fact that each person gets their own locker to lock up their luggage and all of their personal items, the kitchen was really big too with everything you need in a kitchen, multiple lounge areas, and best of all was the rooftop pool, you'll never see this in any other hostel! We get plenty of space in each pod with each bed, and the bathrooms were really nice as well! They get cleaned every day from what I noticed! Had some really good help from the receptionists as well especially Martín! -Chad (AL)"
