"We stayed for 5 nights and everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The view was great and of course every part of our room and the hotel was spotless and the food was top chef quality. But beyond all of that, the entire staff went far above and beyond to provide us with the best possible time at Arvum Hotel Botique. That includes the dog and parrot. What a wonderful time we all had."

"Mylos hotel was a hidden gem in Guatape. Such a cute luxury boutique hotel and near everything. From the moment we stepped in we were greeted by the wonderful staff. Hotel look just like the pictures. Will definitely stay here again in the future. "

"The hotel is no where near where it is advertised, the listing shows it right in Guatape and a 3 minute walk to the square. It is a 30 minute walk to the square! The hot tubs never had water in them. The staff was unfriendly and barely acknowledged you when you came and went. When we got off the bus we walked to the advertised location to discover it was not there, it took at least a half an hour to find the hotel location and another half an hour to walk there. FALSE ADVERTISING!"
