"When I booked the hotel room online, I saw the description said breakfast is included. I did not notice the below saying grab and go breakfast provided only during weekends. Weekdays only coffee and muffins are provided starting at 9am so there is no actual free breakfast for us as we would start out earlier."

"Reasonable price for area close to Bryce Canyon and Zion Canyon. 3 or 4 restaurants within walking distance. Room clean and equipped with shampoo, conditioner etc. Coffee maker and fridge. Room nice size. Heater in room is inefficient for room size. It was on the cooler side. Less than what we find comfortable. Bedding is warm and comfortable. I would recommend if you are happy with a cooler temperature in your room. "

"My sister and I saw the Mighty Five. Our stay in Duck Village was very enjoyable. The only suggestions I'd have is PLEASE be more specific on where the garbage drop off is located. We left when it was dark and never did find the dumpster to throw away the trash. Also please provide a TV channel guide. Overall a clean and comfortable place."

"Our family stayed here for a weekend getaway in April. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. We absolutely loved the kitchen/dining/living room area especially the large windows. We had everything we needed to cook all of our meals in the kitchen and the table was large enough for us to sit together and eat as well as play games. We watched a movie in the living room and all of us had a comfy spot. A snow/rain storm came in...
