  • The house, part of a 5-residence complex with a large swilling pool was built in 2018, has 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a living room, a dining area, a fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher, stovetop, oven, microwave oven, and a fridge, a washer-dryer, flat screen smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime subscriptions, free wifi at the entire property including outside areas and the swimming pool, luxury linen and towels, as well as free private parking for two cars at the villa's entrance. The villa is located 400m and 1km from two of the island's best beaches (Santa Maria and Mikri Santa) and a 8-minute drive from Naoussa, the island's hot spot, boasting gourmet and traditional restaurants, shops and a famous nightlife.
