I can’t even describe how incredible this property was. Months before we arrived the entire team helped with planning our stay. George and his entire staff went above and beyond for anything we needed and made us feel like Parilio was our home. Everyone from the drivers, to the wait staff, the front desk , the spa, and of course George exemplifies what hospitality means. Thank you to everyone for making our trip so amazing!

This hotel is incredible. We booked the Iris Suite which I don’t believe was accurately described on Expedia. The room was quite small and did not have many of the amenities listed ie. no desk, couch/seating area in the room. We discussed this with the hotel management and we were moved to the Eclipse Suite which was exactly what we were expecting based on the room description on Expedia. If you are looking for a larger room with in room amenities, book the Eclipse Suite. The hotel amenities were incredible. The main pool is picture perfect. The staff’s customer service is five star. The restaurant on site is top notch - we looked forward to the breakfast every morning. Aside from the initial surprise regarding the room, we really enjoyed staying at Parilio. We will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous! The property layout was convenient, very well-maintained, and extremely clean. The staff was incredible--friendly, attentive, and professional. The restaurants were delicious. Our rate included breakfast--many delicious options and great service. The reception helped us with places to visit and transporation. The spa was terrific too! I would go back in a minute!! Just lovely all around!

Recently spent a half week at the Parilio. The property was very nice, small and quaint. Lunch was underwhelming, but breakfast was very good. Did not try dinner at the property. The resort is a small distance from the beach. But you’ll have to drive to get to any of the nicer beaches. Was not informed of the “shared” pool at our room(iris suite). This was a let down, while I never saw or heard my neighbors who we shared the pool with, it was unfortunate you did not get your own private pool. The room was nice and clean but underwhelming as well. Bathroom was quite basic with a rainfall shower. Room decor could use a refresh/addition. Staff was very friendly and polite. The gym was bogus, don’t get your hopes up. The location of the hotel was great in our opinion. Close to town, very easy to come and go and drive around the island. Did not book any spa treatments. Community pool was very nice, cool and resort chairs were decent enough.

This is an amazing property with great staff and service - slightly out of town - so it is more for a complete relaxation experience - but only 10 minutes from the centre of town if you need some local buzz and feel.
