A second 25 sq.m. apartment features one bedroom with anatomical mattresses and a private bathroom. The two apartments share a semi-outdoor area (a dual-aspect veranda with sea and mountain views) and a common entrance. Access to the floor is available via stairs or an elevator. It is part of a 5-residence complex built in 2024 with external insulation, located in the seaside village of Dryos. The property includes 10 sq.m. of furnished semi-outdoor space.
Air conditioning and underfloor heating in all indoor spaces as well as the imposing view, create the perfect setting for any family seeking a homely and relaxing environment.
