"We enjoyed our holiday however should point out to you a few issues we had with the arrival arrangements and the property itself. We received our departure information on the Monday 6th June, only 4 days before leaving home. This was too close to our departure. We received another email on 8th mentioning with a code for the key safe in case the Host, Angele couldn't meet us. At no point were we told that she would not be there. The code given was wrong and we received another email 2 days...

"This property is wonderful. It is light, spacious and very well-equipped. The house and extensive grounds are perfect for a large group to holiday together. The facilities are good for groups all ages. The owner has gone to great lengths to ensure guests' are comfortable. Communications were prompt and easy. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property."

"We had a really nice and relaxing week at Rochefort. Our hosts were really nice and welcoming. Especially the great living room upstairs was beautiful and we spent many evenings there all together."

The quality of the interior and the finish and decor are excellent. The facilities are the best we have had on holiday... and then there is the view. Its just beautiful. As an experienced holiday renter, i can say with great confidence that this place will not disappoint. Excellent value for money."

"Les moins : le ménage n'est pas super bien fait.. l'aspirateur trop plein n'aspire pas... la vaisselle est trop juste..donc obligé de tourner le lave vaisselle souvient. Manque des balais pour le nettoyage rapide au quotidien. Les plus : l'emplacement, le calme ,la vue sur la Marne, le gardien sympathique et à l'écoute. Le côté pratique du gîte, et un bon rapport/qualité prix. Un gîte très agréable avec des choses à améliorer ..(voir plus haut )"

"La Pierre Blanche "Quelques travaux à prévoir concernant une ou 2 marches en haut de l'escalier qui sont fendues. La maison présente un beau potentiel et un bel espace de vie. la chaudière est un peu juste pour chauffer la maison, et la présence d'une cheminée est donc la bienvenue! La literie est de bonne qualité. Logement très bien équipé en vaisselle et petit électroménager (cafetière classique et Nespresso, bouilloire, grill pain....""

"Location is great and close to campus. The place was clean but the beds are vary hard. It would have also been helpful for them to have a welcome book or something in the apartment to help guests with additional information - such as wifi, tv, check out, etc. We could have also used a trash bag in the kitchen garbage."
