"This is a very nice studio apartment that was exactly as pictured. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for an enjoyable stay. The walk is 10 mins to the center of Épinal. The hosts responded to my questions within 5 minutes and I would rent it again the next time I’m in Chantraine"

"Very disappointed. Booked as a stay over from a trip back from Italy. Alarm bells should have started ringing when they charged us 7 a person for a sheet and a towel. Entered the property and there’s a distinct smell of cat urine. Got a message in the morning saying the house must be spotless and to make the beds. This is when I realised that we had been sleeping in dirty duvets and pillow covers. They also wanted us to place the wet used towels in the bottom of a wardrobe which had the previous...

Beaucoup de détails non indiqués dans l'annonce/mal expliqués : logements dans des étages et escaliers, jeux payants dans la grande salle, pas de serviette disponible alors que les photos en montrent. Le jacuzzi est à partager selon des créneaux d'inscription, pour l'ensemble de la résidence. Le logement reste propre avec un accueil bienveillant. Davantage d'explications auraient été nécessaires.
