Fake hotel posting. Do not book this place.

This hotel posting is fake. Do not book any rooms in this hotel. We reached the hotel and the hotel owner told us that he had never signed up to hotels.com or has any relation to hotels.com. He told us to leave immediately. It is surprising that hotels.com can allow such a posting to exist on the site and be processed as well without any prior confirmation with the hotel staff or the hotel owner. Hotels.com has not even sent and email to the hotel staff about the booking. @Hotels.com: Please remove this posting.

I didn’t even stay as this hotel is under renovation and the owner has been changed! Moreover, I have paid for the reservation and still m waiting for my money to get refund but because of lack of focal and rightful person to contact it’s very hard to get the services what we deserve !!! M still wondering why the concern person hasn’t still look Into such matter to figure out what going about all such things and I may be the first or there maybe many who would be victim of such thing !!! So it’s genuine and humble request to look kindly into such matter and please do the immediate response so that it doesn’t become a big issues in future to keep the reputation of our county for what we are known and stand for it !!! Thank you so much !!!!
