"Hotel ubicado en el centro de Parma. En una calle semi peatonal. Cerca de todas las tiendas y restaurantes del centro de Parma. A 3 cuadras de la Basílica. El personal fue muy gentil y el check in fue hecho en un instante. Sirven un desayuno bueno. Es una gran opción para quedarse en Parma. (está a muy poca distancia de la estación de trenes ( un kilómetro aproximadamente.) O sea, que si se viaja con Carry on, se puede perfectamente ir caminando hasta el hotel."

"You can ask for shuttle to drop you off at the Residence after you check in at Novotel by the train station. Not when you check out. But, the walk with luggage was about 15 min, it was not bad. The facility is old. No question about that. It was well maintained. We did not have any problem. There are some stairs you must climb before you can reach an elevator. And the elevator is small, 4 people is probably the maximum it would fit. There is a facility person and two vending machines on site, not much else. However, you probably can get everything you need within 10 to15 min walk. For other help, such as calling a taxi, you can dial 9 on the phone in the room, (yes they still have landline) to ask the operator at Novotel to call it for you. It is a nice quiet place for a short stay. "

"I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel. It’s clearly just been renovated and is in excellent condition. Whilst in the centre the walk from the hotel to the main centre ( 10 minutes ) is through an ‘interesting’ area , not unsafe but definitely didn’t feel comfortable. The room I had was a duplex which I wasn’t aware of when I booked with the toilet downstairs which was strange as was in the hotel basement . There was an emergency exit door which is fine but they should state clearly it’s a one way door . I also felt the cheap wall hair dryer was very dated and not functional for a 5 star hotel . And thanks for being Pet friendly and not chargi by extra . "
