"Clean rooms, great ocean view"

"The property is dated and somewhat run down. There was orange gunk growing in the washroom. The mattresses are lumpy and thin. Think "$99 WalMart special". I have rarely been less comfortable at a hotel. The mini golf next door plays loud music all day and until after 10PM on Friday and Saturday. There are not enough outlets in the room. Check in and out were smooth."

"Breakfast was okay, eggs & waffles plus cold options. Better than nothing. Hotel has been updated in some areas but generally not the cleanest overall. Our room was ok and serviceable. Would stay again if most affordable option. "

"Property was nice and clean. I did ask at desk upon arrival if I could check in early (1 and 1/2 hours). They told me room was not ready, however for a fee I could check in now (same room). Obviously room was ready but they were not willing to allow a early check in. Not a nice welcome. "

"Great restaurant that provided happy hour prices from 2 to 10 mid week. Because of Mobility issues We were provided a cozy room on lower floor with close proximity to pool and restaurant . It worked out perfect."

"I used to travel here more often but lately i have booked elsewhere in the area (more ocean front if i can afford it). But i realized some of the rooms are more run down - each room is a bit different but my room had black mold in the bathroom and lots of grime in the shower. Other than that the room was clean. Staff were nice. Bed was comfy enough. Large towels as well which is always nice after a shower."

"Older motel but renovated including bathroom. Large rooms. Very clean! Quiet. Will stay again."
