"Great location, easy to get to all things Broadway and Times Square. Rooms were warm and AC didn’t cool things off. Hotel staff were very kind and accommodating."

"The staff was thoughtful and kind. Willing to help and accommodate so many requests. The hotel was less than stellar. Broken pieces and almost broken showers and sinks. Breakfast was always out of something; plates, napkins, utensils, hot water, milk. Elevator almost broken and very scary to ride up to the floors. Had the staff not been as great as they were it would ha e been much lower over all rating. "

"The furniture of the room , the paint was peeling off The staff that spoke Spanish were really friendly. First time I had to pay $10 dollars to storage a bag pack for a couple hours . Over all is good and close to Time square ,the bus station that goes to airport and Hop on Bus"

"You can’t beat the location of this hotel for the price! It is a typical NYC hotel with very small rooms. The room and bathroom were nice and updated. There was a mini fridge and bath products. Also, there was an ice and water bottle-filling station outside our door. We were on a high floor and it was fairly quiet. There was a bit of a blip checking in but they worked it out. I wish there were more places to sit and eat in the lobby area. We grabbed bagels and coffee takeout one morning and even though they gave a dining area, the tables were blocked off. There also is a rooftop bar but it closes rather early so we never got to see it."
