"There was no full breakfast served, but you can buy breakfast type of foods like muffins etc. starting at 7am, too late for me… room very clean, staff friendly, the pool was not set up which was a disappointment, but will be available after Memorial Day. You can control the temperature in your room. I would stay here again"

"Great spot. Would be lovely for a longer stay. We were upgraded to a 2 room unit due to the elevator being out. Unfortunatly i had a heart attack in september and being in the 3rd floor was a bit much. However, all of the staff we interacted with were lovely. "

"We booked a room for our anniversary. We are Raleigh natives and have always wanted to stay here but I think our expectations were too high. We couldn’t book a couples massage b/c we were told they get booked 2 months out. We had ants on our balcony. I was told check in was at 3:00 but we didn’t get to check in till 3:45. The staff at the front desk were snotty but the room service staff and cleaning staff were excellent. Being our anniversary and we had to ask if we could have a glass of champagne that was at the front desk at arrival. They have a neat fire pit for wedding parties only- it would be nice if they had those all along the outdoor patio for all guests of enjoy. The tv is dated and the soaking tub is not large enough for 2. I will say the robes were very nice. "

"The AC/heat worked well but was very loud/noisy. No clock or radio or dim lights in the room... only very bright LED lights. The continental breakfast was very basic but enough to get a little bite before checking out. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. For the price, this basic accommodation was acceptable. Its not the Ritz but its a decent, no frills, adequate place to stay."
