"Three weeks later tries to say we didn't pay when we have emails/proof saying otherwise. We checked in at the time, and some guy just comes in the backdoor with towels. Upon checkout, says we didn't leave the key & they had to get a locksmith - we literally saw someone come in with a key (man with towels at check in). "The area is quiet and the apartment is close to a dog park which is open to non-residents. There is a paved walkway right by the park that’s nice so I was able to walk my dog in the morning. The property manager immediately replied to any questions I had and the apartment was fully stocked in the kitchen, etc. I booked this because of the cost. I was in town to see the Indiana Dunes. I would stay here again."

"The lady that checked us in was awesome. I dont know her name but we checked in at 3 on July 3rd. Im hoping management can look up my room and see who it was. She deserves 5 stars. As far as the hotel itself goes, could use a little lesson on cleaning. Debris in the hallway (it was not vacuumed my 2 days here, same debris same spot for over 48 hours. The room we had was good. Clean except the bathroom. There was hair on the wall of the shower and stuck in the shower curtain. The hair dryer was broken and tossed on the shelf under the sink. All in all an ok stay. Id give total experience a 4/5 The girl that checked us in brought our rating from a 3 to a 4!"
