"Conveniently located. Our room was too close to the lobby. Stayed 2 nights and had a hard time getting to sleep because of loud parties in the lobby area. "

"Rosemary, the desk clerk when we checked in, was exceptional. We’ve stayed at $300-$400 a night hotels and haven’t felt as welcomed and special as she made us feel. We checked in and then left and didn’t come back until 11:30. The refrigerator in our room was not working. She brought us a new refrigerator at 11:30 at night! Exceptional service. Not only did she replace the refrigerator but she did it happily. She exceeded all of our expectations."

"It was clean when entering but the location of the room and the lobby area made it to where it was hard to rest. We were dealing with a death and really wanted to relax. There were kids out until past 11 PM and unfortunately kids playing in banging on our door while sleep. Then out playing football and soccer at 7am in the lobby. We get that its the holidays but more regulation was needed. Took 10 min to check in with no one in the lobby. Need more than 1 manager on shift. The knob for the...
