Swimming pool, wellness and relaxation in the hills of Bologna

"Un séjour merveilleux ! Nous voyageons chaque année en Italie et ma femme qui est très exigeante a considéré que c'était de loin le meilleur hébergement ! D'une propreté absolue, le vaste appartement est super pratique, très agréable à vivre avec deux vraies grandes chambres vraiment séparées (pas toujours le cas en Italie où nous avons souvent eu des chambres en enfilade) dotées de salle de douche et wc et une troisième celle-ci en enfilade du salon. Literie excellente. Point ultra important toutes les pièces sont vraiment bien climatisées. La cuisine est pratique. La table de salle à manger grande et conviviale. Il y a un coin dehors mais il faisait tellement chaud et cela donne sur le parking.La route est un peu proche pour ceux que cela gêne. La piscine à débordement grande et propre, est tout simplement fabuleuse avec une vue à couper le souffle !Nos hôtes sont tout simplement adorables, présents pour résoudre le moindre problème quoique d'une discrétion absolue. Merci spécial à Francesco pour sa gentillesse et sa bonne humeur mais aussi à son frère et ses parents.On sent une éducation profonde et réelle.Le père produit du miel et de l'huile d'olive ! Un régal !Le site est parfait pour visiter la région : Bologne, Modène, Régio d'Emilie, Parme, Ferrara et Ravenne. Des merveilleuses mosaïques des 5 et 6e siècles et passant par les trésors de Parme jusqu'aux musées Ferrari et Lamborghini, le spectre est large. Je conseille à 100%. Bravo"

"La location est conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. Logement calme. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Francesco qui était toujours disponible en cas de besoin lors de notre séjour. Le cadre est agréable et bien plaçé pour se découvrir Bologne, Parme, Modène ... En cet été 2026, la climatisation était juste un vrai bonheur ainsi que la piscine et son point de vue. Un peu plus de vaisselle dans le logement aurait été appréciable mais n'a rien gâché de notre séjour."

"What a fabulous holiday. From the start Carlo and Elena were perfect hosts - great communicators, greeting us, advising us on the places to visit, showing us how they produce their 75 year old balsamic vinegar and opening up their home. Vignola is a great base for visits to Bologna, Modena (home to Ferrari and its two museums) and towns like Ravenna ( famous for its Byzantine mosaics) and hilltop villages like Castelvetro - where we had drinks and meals at its superb restaurants. And when you want to chill, there was the pool and views across the cherry orchards. Shopping for your home stay is easy with an array of supermarkets within five minutes, bars and cafes … and then there’s the castle and the incredible floating staircase in Vignola itself. From start to finish, a great holiday, in a great location with superb hosts ."

"Everything was as described. Mauro and his lovely wife welcomed us when we arrived in the evening. We parked the car inside the gate and they showed us the appartment. It was clean and even nicer than what we seen from the pictures. We were suprised to find the kitchen filled with everything we needed to eat and drink. It was first time for us in this part of Italy. We spent 4 nights in the appartment and during the days we visited the Modena, Maranello and Bologna region. It was very nice to come home in the evening and relax in the appartment. The appartment is located in a friendly an quetly area.If you planning to stay in this region of Italy this is a perfect place to stay. Thank you !"
