In a quiet and secure residence, we welcome you to our beautiful apartment, ideally located for a stay with friends or family, just :

- A 2-minute walk from the Val d'Europe shopping center and La Vallée Village
- A 15-minute walk or 7-minute bus ride from Disneyland Paris
- An 8-minute drive from the Marne La Vallée-Chessy train station
- A 40-minute RER A train from Paris
There's even a very good bakery at the foot of the building (23-second elevator ride)

When you step through the door of our apartment, you'll find all the necessary amenities, including :

- A 160x200cm sofa bed : quick and easy to set up
- A dining table and chairs for 6 people
- A 55" TV for watching your favorite movies

Two bedrooms with storage closets, furnished to provide you with every possible comfort :
- Bedroom 1 : 160x200cm double bed - Bedroom 2: Two single beds (90x190 cm)

A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a stovetop, oven, and microwave, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster, as well as dishes and cutlery, pots/pans, and cooking utensils.

Bathroom with bathtub, bath towels provided, and hairdryer.
Separate toilet with washing machine.

- Available upon request: travel cot with a real mattress and sheets included, comfortable high chair, changing mat, baby bath towel

1 private and secure parking space in the basement of the building, access by remote control only. Direct access via the elevator.
