Additional information: The apartment is located on the ground floor and is suitable for people with reduced mobility (PMR).

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment is next to a bar and a restaurant that stay open late, and noise from the building and the neighbours can be heard. Music and conversations can be heard at night, especially at weekends. Light sleepers and families with young children may be disturbed.
* The apartment is in Bagnolet, outside Paris. Robespierre metro station (line 9) is close, but journeys to the main tourist sites are long, which is less convenient if you want to come back several times a day.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned and it can get hot in summer.
* The apartment sleeps up to six guests. With six, four guests sleep on the two double sofa beds in the living room and the bedroom, and the space becomes compact.
* The shower has no screen. Water spreads across the bathroom floor while showering and needs to be wiped up afterwards.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will enjoy a 35 m² (377 sq ft) private terrace, a few minutes' walk from Robespierre metro station (line 9), with a supermarket, bakeries and shops nearby.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
