Really great location only a short train ride to paris and the train is right around the corner. Quiet and clean area with walkable shops and restaurants. Nice and friendly staff.

Very comfy beds, clean and tidy hotel in a quiet part of Fontenay sous Bous close to the RER. Would recommend. Amina was very helpful on email as we were arriving when reception was closed.

We had a good stay at Sejours. The host, Amina, at the front desk was so very kind and helpful. The room was smaller than expected but was clean and had a small kitchenette. They provided a baby bed as requested. I was given 2 sheets but no blanket. we were a10 minute walk to the train station which was very nice. There is a bakery very close nearby and a grocery store about 10 minutes away. Most restaurants were a 10-20 minute walk. We were there for 9 days and I was surprised to find out that they only clean 1 time per week. You are responsible for taking your trash out and for supplying your own trash bags. They were gracious to give me one. There are laundry facilities on site and convenient to use. I would recommend staying here if you are working in the area but would not if you’re planning on spending much time in Paris as it is 40-50 minutes into the city center.

We requested a room with two beds before we checked in, but when we got to the room that was not the case. We went back to the front desk and requested this again and were given another room with one bed. Maybe with her limited English she did not understand the request. I had to practically beg for an extra towel and an extra roll of toilet paper. We were told because they are also a residence, they only provided two towels and two rolls of toilet paper. On the first morning, the breakfast area was not open on time. The breakfast selection was limited and the personnel in charge of it were not friendly. Again, that may have been a lack of knowing English and our lack of knowing French. The best thing about this hotel was the location near the train station, shopping and dining.

Je n avais pas recu l information qu a partir de 19h il n y a plus personne a l accueil et des codes pour ouvrir les différentes portes. Ni le systeme de box pour recuperer les clefs. J avais demandé une chambre au calme et ma chambre donnait sur le RER..

Recepción de horario reducido, domingos cerrada. Habitaciones no insonorizadas, el sábado reunión en habitaciones cercanas q no dejan dormir. Prestan el secador, no hay uno por habitación. Baño con grifos y ducha averiados se reporta el lunes y el jueves sl cchekout no estaba solucionado. Limpieza 1 vez por semana, no hacen las camas como se espera de un hotel. No hay mantas en la habitación ni aire acondicionado. Parece un hostel o residencia para estudiantes. Ni un cafe o tisana de cortesia.

O atendimento no check in foi ótimo, atendente bem solicita, Studio confortável com o necessário para uma boa estadia. O apart hotel fica próximo ao RER, numa zona residencial, mas com quitanda, mercado e restaurante próximos. Já me hospedei 2 vezes e indico.

Cela fait 2 jours que je demande une facture. Je n'ai toujours rien reçut. Je suis passé par hotel.com et envoyé aussi un email directement à l hotel, mais rien n y fait. Je n ai aucune facture de mon séjour !!

Arrivant tardivement les consignes pour entrer et récupérer les cles etaient tres claires. Proprete dans la salle de bain sous le lavabo a revoir. Petit bémol sur le lit demandé mais l'erreur a ete rectifiée le lendemain. Malheureusement l'agent qui a changer les matelas s'est permis de fouiller dans le frigo et de manger un de nos chocolats qui ne lui a pas plu puisqu'il y avait des taches au sol lorsqu'il a jeter ce chocolat a la poubelle. Signalé a l'accueil à notre départ . Le chocolat on s'en moque mais le vol c autre chose . Heureusement nous n'avions rien laissé en argent ou de valeurs en notre absence. Petit dej diversifié. Sur le site a la réservation il etait a 11€ . Dans les locaux note à 8€ et finalement il nous a coûté 6€ prix du moment.

Good at all

affordable, with a good ambiance. Rooms are clean and big enough to feel comfortable. There is no 24/7 reception. The breakfast variety is not so big. Also, there was no toilet paper in my room. It's hard to reach them by mail, but nice in person. The area around the hotel is not so frequent but it's not so far from the city centre of Fontenay sous bois.
