About this property

Parisian flat with balconies, A/C in 2 bedroom

  • Enjoy elegant and central accommodation close to the Champs Elysées and to the Place des Etats-Unis.

    It is located at the 5th floor with an lift.

    This apartment of 200m² will offer you intimacy and enough space if you are travelling with your friends, with your family.

    With its 3 bedrooms, the living room and the dining room have direct access to the balconies of the apartment where you can easily take your breakfast, coffee

    The apartment is oriented North, 2 bedrooms have A/C. The 3rd one does need it even during Summertime.
    We are placing a fan in it during summer.

    Its location will allow you to visit the main touristic areas such as the Champs Elysées, Eiffel Tower, Invalides etc.

    I live in this apartment all year round and therefore leave my personal belongings here.
    It will be clearly specified which spaces/furniture you have free access to and which are private. Thank you for respecting this point.
