"This was my third time staying at this hotel and most likely the last. The room I got smelled really bad, I tried to call the front desk but was connected to an AI operator. After taking my luggage and heading down to the receptionist, I was given a new room. It had the same horrible smell. I spent the night there but cancelled my future reservation. Maybe not all rooms have this problem, but I’m not willing to risk it. The check in process was smooth and the receptionists were quick and competent."
