Deally located apartment in the center of Paris, in the famous Marais district, 10 minutes from the city hall. It's a very lively district, thanks to its many pedestrian streets that give access to many of the capital's trendiest restaurants, bars and boutiques. Métro Rambuteau Line 11 Located in the heart of Paris, rue de Montmorency, my 35m2 flat has been completely refurbished since May 2022. Decorated with taste, this flat will make you live a very pleasant trip in the heart of the Parisian life. This sublime flat is very well arranged and is composed: - 2 bedrooms with double beds and televisions - 1 sofa - 1 dining table - 1 lounge area with television - 1 fully equipped American kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave oven... - 2 shower rooms without toilet - 1 separated toilet - Internet by fibre Sheets will be prepared for the number of guests required for the reservation the cleaning of the flat is done by professional agents My flat is ideal for 4 people

Wir hatten einen fantastischen 4-tägigen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben klein, aber funktional und sauber. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, aber sobald Sie um die Ecke biegen, finden Sie Restaurants , Bars und jede Menge Nachtleben. Die U-Bahn ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Der RER, mit dem wir früher nach Disney gefahren sind, ist nur 15 Gehminuten entfernt (Direktverbindung). Die Wohnung liegt in der Regel zwischen 15 und 15 Minuten und eine halbe Stunde von allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt Sehenswürdigkeiten, und man kann fast alle davon in einer halben Stunde zu Fuß erreichen. Wir waren zu viert in unserer Gruppe und hatten jede Menge Handtücher und Toilettenartikel. Die kostenlosen Kaffeepads waren sehr gut. Wir hatten einige Probleme mit dem WLAN, aber Das Personal hat die Probleme schnell und effizient gelöst. Sie können Ihr Gepäck vor und nach Ihrem Aufenthalt kostenlos in ihren Büros abstellen. Ihre Büros sind 15 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

Die Lage der Wohnung war ausgezeichnet und wir fanden alles sauber und ordentlich vor. Die Gastgeber waren sehr entgegenkommend und zuverlässig und die beiden Duschen waren eine tolle Sache. Wir fühlten uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr sicher und haben ihn sehr genossen. Es gab zwar nicht viel natürliches Licht, aber das hat uns nicht gestört, da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren. Die Wohnung ist klein und unsere Taschen nahmen Platz im Wohnzimmer ein. Wir hätten uns auch einen Ganzkörperspiegel gewünscht. Die Gastgeber waren flexibel und haben gut kommuniziert, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Insgesamt war es eine gute Wahl und wir können diese Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Die Lage ist ideal für alle, die in der Nähe des Geschehens und der Aufregung des Marais-Viertels sein möchten. Das Centre Pompidou, der Place des Vosges und die Seine sind alle bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel und kompakt, was in diesem Teil der Stadt zu erwarten ist. Obwohl die Wände dünn sind und es zu etwas Lärm aus den Nachbarwohnungen kommen kann, gibt es keinen Straßenlärm, da sich die Wohnung in einem Innenhof abseits der Straße befindet. In den geschäftigen Straßen des Marais gibt es außerdem viele trendige Geschäfte und Restaurants, die man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann. U-Bahn-Stationen sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Betten waren zwar sehr hart, aber ich war angenehm überrascht, dass sie nicht so weich waren, wie auf den Bildern – nur die Bettdecke war weich! Die einzigen zwei Probleme, die ich hatte, waren, dass das Wasser in der Dusche nicht heiß genug war, aber die Gastgeber sagten, sie würden sich darum kümmern. Die Dusche im zweiten Schlafzimmer hatte eine Tür, also schalteten wir die Wandheizung ein und hielten die Tür geschlossen, um es warm zu halten, was gut funktionierte. Außerdem hatten wir Probleme, die Trockenfunktion der Waschmaschine/Trockner zum Laufen zu bringen, also hängten wir unsere Kleidung stattdessen zum Trocknen auf. Trotz dieser kleinen Probleme war unser Aufenthalt jedoch wunderbar und die Lage war großartig. Es liegt gleich neben einer Hauptstraße, also war es ruhiger. Es gab einen lauten Nachbarn, der an einem Feiertag bis 3:30 Uhr morgens feierte, aber ich konnte auf der Couch schlafen und die Schlafzimmertür schließen, um den Lärm zu dämpfen.
