Great apartment in a nice and well located area, 4th floor with elevator. 10 minutes from the city center of Paris Chatelet Halls by Subway (RER D).
The flat has all the necessary equipment and facilities to accomodate 8 people in 3 bedrooms:
1 bedroom with double bed + 1 single bed
1 bedroom with double bed
1 bedroom with 4 single beds.

According to your request a cot and children's bed can be added.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Sheets and towels are provided for all beds. It's newly remodeled with a well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, induction cooktop with four-piece cooker, refrigerator, and washing machine). 2 Spacious bathroom with shower and heater.
Free wireless internet is included.
This is a non-smoking apartment.

Parking is available, in front of the building (11 €) per day, Weekend free.
RER station D (Stade de France) is nearby, 2 minutes walk, it gets you to the city center of châtelet the halls in 10 minutes, Paris Gare du Nord (5 minutes) and Gare de Lyon (15 minutes).
Also RER B line is nearby, 07 minutes walk away, it leads directly to the center of Paris in 10 minutes, to Charles-de-Gaulle airport 20 minutes, and to Orly airport 35 minutes.
The apartment is located in a very nice area and quiet neighborhood, with everything you need within walking distance to a small supermarket that's open from 7 am to 10pm.

This was a very good place for the seven of us who stayed there. There was a convenient grocery store and the facilities were good for a large group.

Conveniently located near train and metro transportation. More than met our needs for enough space for six adults. Had slight confusion on key lock but host responded immediately with assistance and then no further issues.

Very nice stay in Paris

Paris in December

The accomodation is as described. There were only 3 of us so had plenty of room. Building work taking place outside didnt reslly affect us as we were up and out. Close to Rer D, so very handy. Clean and tidy venue.

Large apartment with view of the Eiffel Tower in an accessible neighbourhood

This apartment has lots of space. It’s accessible from several different metro and RER lines and has a corner store within 100m. Had to message host to get specific building address but then was greeted for a smooth check in. Had all necessary amenities for a stay in the city, including a view of the Eiffel Tower and Sacré Coeur. A lovely stay!

A lovely apartment!

This apartment is clean and fully furnished. It is set up to accommodate adults with children, and can easily fit a family of 5-6 people. Easy access to public transportation, taking you into the heart of Paris in 20 min. A very comfortable and safe accommodation. Host was friendly and helpful.

Paris comfort

Apartment was great for 2 couples. Each of us had our own separate areas. Close to Metro station and grocery store. Very quiet area. Mosquitos were the only downside. Screens needed in windows.

Excellent Stay

The apartment was very clean and big enough to accommodate five adults. It was two minutes from a grocery store and five minutes from the RER D line. We were able to visit all of the Paris sights in less than 25 minutes on the D Line. The Host met us at checkin and provided a nice tour of the building. Michael R

Great Place in Paris

This accommodation was a handy place to stay in Paris. It was convenient to the RER, which made transportation very easy. There is a Monoprix right around the corner for groceries, drinks, and prepared food. The space in the apartment is great and Mokke is an excellent and responsive host. Just watch out leaving the windows open at night. Those Parisian mosquitoes are bloodthirsty.

Family trip

Place was as described, clean and close to transit (7 minute walk), lots of space! Had issues with internet and tv didn’t work during stay, also hot water was not turned on, had to talk to host to get it turned on. Host did his best to fix the issue with TV but ended up not working during our stay.

Lovely!

We loved the flat. We didn't expect a view of the eiffel tower from the balcony, which was horgeous, and the kids were excited to see the playground right next door. It was seconds from the train station which made getting in and out easier but i would definitely download city mapper to find your way around the Paris trains. They are confusing. Mokke and his wife qere very nice and we would definitely stay here again.

RWC 2023

We are a party of 6 (including one 22 month old) and stayed in Saint Denis for the 2023 semi-final matches as part of our European trip. Location was perfect for us. Park across the street for the baby and grocery store 1/2 block away for milk and other essentials. Train stop also there and simple ten minute walk to Stade de France. Apartment was clean and well appointed for our purposes. Great communication. Possible Olympic stop for us next year.

Great appartment

There were 4 adults staying in the appartment, and we were very comfortable. The extra bathroom was really nice. The balcony had a view of thr Eiffel tower at night which was a wonderful suprise, and being so close to RER B and B, plus metro 14 was so convenient. My mom is in a wheelchair and the whole place was perfectly accessible. Elevator that works, no steps, and enough room inside to move around. Mokke was there to meet us and show us around which was nice. The only unfortunate part was the wifi wasnt working the whole week we were there, but he was working to get that fixed. If you need a place with accessability, and good proximity to transit, this is the place for you. Would definitely recommend.

Family trip to Paris

Clean, big apartment. Check in could have been more clear. There are multiple buildings, we had to reach out to get the correct apartment and building number. The key is difficult until you learn how to use it. The view of the tower is amazing!!! The beds are on the firm side for an American, but not rock hard. Beds are subjective and I like a softer memory foam mattress. These are spring. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of guide books and little extras. Good security. Nice access to the metro and close to restaurants and a store. Overall nice stay and I would recommend.

Just 3 Train Stops to Notre Dame

Mokke and Susanne were very friendly even though we only saw them upon check-in. my wife and I enjoyed our stay in Paris, and we were very comfortable in this apartment. From the balcony you can see the Eiffel Tower which is 5 miles away as the crow flies. It looks nice at night when the lights are all shining, and you can see the light from the top going around and shining on Paris. The train station is only about 500 yards away. Uber cars were always less than five minutes away. I suggest getting a taxi at the airport when you first come in, but suggest that you use Uber the rest of the time. Taxi drivers will take advantage of you whenever you are leaving any of the attractions. There is a washing machine available but no dryer. However, there are places in the bathroom, plus a portable stand where you can hang up your clothes to dry while you are in the city. I have Missionary colleagues in the country to whom I recommended this apartment for future reference regarding people coming in and out of the country through Paris. I thought the price was reasonable and the space was more than adequate. It is not luxurious if that’s what you’re looking for, but it is clean, nice, comfortable, and convenient to the train station. There is also a Monoprix grocery store about 80 yards from the apartment gate entrance which we found to be convenient. If you have children I recommend this apartment over others that I have seen. Great experience. Highly recommended.

Comfortable apartment in an excellent location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would recommend. Fabulous location so close to several Metro stations allowing very quick travel into the city centre. Apartment was well-equipped and comfortable for a family of five. Mokke was an excellent host and the checking-in instructions were very helpful (including essential instructions regarding unlocking the front door).

Plenty of space for a family, everyone can have their privacy. Beds were clean and comfortable, and everything worked but many items were in need of repair or replacement, such as the front door lock which many have trouble with. The location has easy access to Metro line 14 and the RER D train, as well as a small grocery store and a few restaurants, but otherwise it is a residential area with not much going on.

Great location

We had a very nice stay at Mokke's apartment. We had enough space for 5 and the kitchen was well equipped for what we needed. The apartment provided easy access to the RER and metro. We used the City Mapper app and easily navigated the city. The apartment does provide easy access to groceries and restaurants. Wouod stay here again

Good stay

The property was a great place to stay. Big enough for a familly of 5. The host was great, responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this place. It is as well close to the metro station, which helps with your travels.
