Positives - clean room, convenient location, good value, excellent communication throughout. Minor negatives - lift to 3rd floor room was very narrow/small, main room was cold, toilet had persistent unpleasant odour

The room was not accurately depicted in the photos. It was much smaller. There was almost no closet space. Beds were advertised as queen size and were smaller. Space was a little worn down - the floor felt like it was going to give way in a few places. The elevator could barely hold 2 suitcases and a person. The building it was in poor shape. The location was quite good, however.
