Maison Mareuil - Two Bedroom House, Sleeps 5

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Mareuil-lès-Meaux, this charming semi-detached house of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate until 5 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 18 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a common garden of about 30 m². Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 18 m² with TV, sofa bed and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Dolce Gusto coffee maker...
On the 1st floor :
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190).
- A desk.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the 2nd floor :
- Room 2: of 20 m² in mezzanine with a double bed (140×190).

Outside :
- A common garden of about 30 m² to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Mareuil-lès-Meaux, close to Disneyland Paris, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Disneyland Paris.
- Visit of Paris: Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Sacré-Coeur, Avenue des Champs Elysées, Pompidou Museum, Orsay Museum, Louvre, Palace of Versailles, Montmartre district.
- Accrobranche at 20 minutes by car.
- Kayaking on the Morin river and hiking in the Morin valley. Nautical activities on the Marne.
- Visit of Meaux : Forming factories, Museum of the Great War.
- Bike ride along the canal of Chalifert.
- Stroll along the Marne River.
- Gaumont cinema at Disney Village and VOST cinema at Val d'Europe.
- Parc Astérix 40 minutes away by car.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park for free near the accommodation.

Maison Mareuil For me and my family was a great place to be in visiting Disney. We had spent little time at the location, but was ok, near to Disney and wonderfull neighborhood. We had all the basics and clean confortable rooms. Good value for the money!

Maison Mareuil "🙂 Sehr schönes Bad. Schöner Ort, Bistro direkt gegenüber. Checkin früher möglich gewesen. 🙁 Code für Schlüssel war falsch. Kontaktperson konnte nur Französisch. Schlafcouch sehr abgenutzt und war nicht für die 5. Person vorbereitet."

Die Gardinenstange im Wohnzimmer war auf einer Seite aus der Wand gerissen. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche war locker, Teller und Tassen schmutzig und an den Rändern gebrochen. Überall war alles alt, abgenutzt und dreckig. In dem Schrank in der Küche keimten Kartoffeln und Zwiebeln. Das Bett durchgelegen und kaputt. Das Badezimmer schimmelt. Der Innenhof ist eine Zumutung...Und und und... Ich wollte sofort nach Hause, jedoch haben wir Disneyland gebucht und mussten doch noch die drei Nächte bleiben. Die Kleidung blieb in den Taschen. Gerade haben wir eine E-Mail bekommen mit Fotos, die uns für all die kaputten Sachen schuldig macht und die Kaution einbehalten werden soll! Es ist eine Masche! Ich hoffe, dass FeWo uns hilft! Geht nicht hin!"

Wie hatten die Wohnung für 3 erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder ( 5 und 3 Jahre) gebucht. Wir hatten es für den Urlaub im Disney Land gebucht. Als wir am Tag der Anreise ankamen hat uns der Schlag getroffen. Beim öffnen der Tür kam uns eine dicke Spinne auf dem Boden entgegen. Der Fußboden(Eingangsbereich)war überseht von Schmutz und Staub. Das Sofa komplett abgenutzt. Der Teppich nicht gereinigt wie der Fußboden. Die Möbel in der Küche stark abgenutzt. Eine leere Weinflasche bei den Töpfen und allgemein dreckig (Schränke) Im Bad der Duschkopf stark verkalkt und der Boden dreckig. Der Korb neben dem Klo war verschimmelt ( dort war das Putzzeug ) drin. Der Boden in der Dusche dreckig. Die Armaturen am Waschbecken sowie der Ablauf verschmutzt. Die Schränke für die Aufbewahrung der Klamotten total zugemüllt. Bei den Betten waren die Kissen vergilbt und unter denen Bett waren Haare. Im 2 OG ein verschimmelter Koffer und fleckige Kissen. Allgemein ist die Wohnung nicht Kindgerecht. Parkmöglichkeiten schlecht. Zustand der Außenanlage schlecht. Support vom Gastgeber, Veranstalter und FeWo mangelhaft. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Maison Mareuil "Slechte huis 🙂 Het enige voordeel van deze huis dat hij dichterbij Disneyland 🙁 Het huis stinkt heel erg, het riolering stinkt door het hele huis. Trap van badkamer super glad. Ik ben gelijk gevallen op mijn rug door het gladheid van de trap."

Maison Mareuil "Buchen Sie ohne Verzögerung und genießen Sie Ihre Reise. 🙂 Wir und unsere Kinder blieben vier Tage in diesem Haus. Es war eine tolle Erfahrung, es war sehr sauber und ich habe bequem im Bett geschlafen, weil es sauber war und nicht stank. Das Badezimmer und die Toilette waren sehr sauber und die Küchenausstattung war vollständig. Das Wichtigste für mich war der Trost und das Glück meiner Kinder dort. Die Kinder fühlten sich wohl und wollten wieder dorthin. Es ist sehr praktisch und gut für einen Besuch im Disneyland. Buchen Sie ohne Verzögerung und genießen Sie Ihre Reise. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen wieder."

Une petite maison dans un joli village avec un parking municipal gratuit très proche. Visite d'une fromagerie et du musée de la guerre. Village facile d'accès et près d'une grande zone commerciale pour faire ses courses.

Maison Mareuil An sich okay nur leider sehr viele Spinnen vor Ort und die Tür am Eingangsbereich geht nicht ordentlich auf, schade. Geschirr in der Küche hätte auch sauberer hinterlassen werden können oder sowas wie Schwämme hätten auch erneuert oder wenigstens weggeworfen werden können, sah nicht so einladend aus die Küche zu benutzen. Außerdem wäre es auch schön wenn man auf die Nachrichten in der App antworten könnten. Trotzdem danke für den Aufenthalt.

Maison Mareuil "Séjour sympathique, si de passage dans les environs nous y retournerons. 🙂 facilite avec la boîte à clefs endroit sympathique pour 2 nuits literie chambre et mezzanine correcte à part lit et sdb n avons ne pas utiliser la cuisine le lisseur dans la sdb ;-) (pas utilisé !) 🙁 j ai contacté la conciergerie il serait peut être intéressant de mettre des petites serviettes supplémentaires deux par exemple (pour le shampooing des filles…) il y avait un fond de savon dans le distributeur de la sdb j ai rajouté de l eau pour pouvoir me laver les mains, un gel douche/shampooing aurait été agréable dans la douche un 2 en un ferait l affaire. je vous alerte : à l intérieur un problème de fermeture à clef de la porte d entrée il faut la claquer TRÈS FORT (sympa pour les voisins !) pour l enclencher dommage que la porte abîme les tomettes au sol"

Maison Mareuil "🙂 Lage sehr gut wenn man ins Disneyland gehen möchte. Zug nach Paris mit dem Auto in 10 min erreichbar. Man kann gut mit 4-5 Personen dort wohnen - Haus über 3 Etagen mit sehr spannender Treppe. 🙁 Die Wohnung war schmutzig. Verschimmelte Lebensmittel im Schrank, Schubladen lieber nicht öffnen, innen sehr schmutzig. Kleidung lieber im Koffer lassen."

Maison Mareuil "Für junge Leute keinen großen Anspruch haben und als Ziel Disneyland haben ist total empfehlenswert 🙂 Einchecken war problemlos, Consierge Service war sehr nett. Sie sind uns entgegen gekommen ❤️. Die Lage war super. Paris und unser Hauptziel Disneyland war schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Für Disneyland Besucher sehr empfehlenswerte Lage. In ungefähr 10 Minuten zu erreichen. 🙁 Das Haus ist für unseren Empfinden ist längst renovierungsbedürftig. Von Sauberkeit ist keine Rede . Das Bad ist total unbequem, für kleinwüchsige geeignet und zum Teil verschimmelt. Sehr dreckige Küche, die Kaffeemaschine das Wasserkocher waren so dreckig und verkalkt. Morgens wünscht man sich eine frische Tasse Kaffee gerade in Frankreich. Sehr schade. Sehr dünne Wände und die Laute Treppe ist leider nicht isoliert...."

Maison Mareuil "Le logement correspond à la description. En revanche une odeur nauséabonde d'égout plane dans toute la maison. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés un des lits n'avait pas été fait mais l'hôte été réactif pour nous trouver des draps. Un peu dommage que tout ce qui est liquide vaisselle et lave main soit quasiment vide à notre arrivée, pour 2 nuits nous n'allions pas tout racheter. Le logement est propre, c'est agréable mais il reste quelques vérifications à faire : la télécommande des volets du salon n'avait plus de pile, nous étions dans le noir, nous avons dû changer les piles et le courant était coupé dans de nombreuses pièces, nous avons dû accéder au compteur. De plus, la chambre du premier étage n a aucune lumière, malgré la présence de lampe, aucune ne fonctionnait. Bref, pour dormir un week-end le logement était bien car propre, mais pour rester une semaine, il y a quelques ajustements à faire."

Maison Mareuil "Un cahier attend les visiteurs precisant que la tv se met ""normalement "" sur HDMI1 ...plus bas il est précise d'avoir ""sa propre connection internet "" et que l'Hotes nous expliquera la marche a suivre ...Un fait pas inconnu visiblement du propriétaire...puisqu'un homme est venu sur place nous sortir une 4G d'un placard de la maison...qui n'a pas fonctionné non plus !! .(il y a passé 3h devant nous ) Un logement dont le reseau SFR est plus que défaillant ..pas de TV ni Internet 4 jours sur 5 ...et mon tel sous SFR aussi j'ai du passé tous mes appels dans la rue .. Pour le positif ..c'est propre et calme ...emmenez 2/3 bouquins et evitez le teletravail !"
