 Luxurious and spacious guest house (over 90 m2) with two privates garden. Fully renovated in 2017. Located in a pavilion area. Perfect place to host: couples of friends, families with or without children, woman or businessman, professional stay.
My rental is fully equipped, close to a supermarket and bakery if you want to shop food.
The train station is 5 minutes by bus. Also a very nice pedestrian walk all the way to train station.
It is very easy to get to central Paris by train as well as Disneyland. It is also great to spend a day at val D 'Europe (1 stop before Disneyland) - here there is a very big shopping mall and the Marne la Vallee vilage chic outlet, also many restaurants.

The best host

Salah is a very hospitable host! He made sure fridge is stocked up, breakfast items were great, toiletries and waters! The property was clean and very homie. Salah helped us around the property with the nearby grocery store. Definitely recommended and will definitely book again!

Great stay near Paris

We stayed here to visit Paris and Euro Disney . The house is good situated to visit both places. Its a safe area and Salah did everything to make our stay pleasant. He helped us with buying public transportcard and showed us arround. The house itself was big enough to stay with 5 persons. Public transport is near by (busstop 5 min walk). In 30 min you are in Paris and 20 min in Disney. Supermarket is close to the house and nice good restaurant Delarte you can eat great. We had a perfect time. Thank you Salah.

Unser Gastgeber Salah war super hilfsbereit. Auch nach 22 Uhr Anreise hat er uns mir dem Auto abgeholt. Am nĂ€chsten Tag ist er mit uns zum Bahnhof gefahren um fĂŒr uns 4 jeweils ein Wochenticket zu holen (ca. 140 EUR), damit konnten wir alles fahren (Bus, Metro, RER). Der KĂŒhlschrank war gut gefĂŒllt und die Kommunikation war super. 5 min vom Quartier war ein Supermarkt und die Bushaltestelle. Der Nahverkehr war super. Danke an Salah, sehr gern wieder

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir möchten uns bei unserem wunderbaren Vermieter Salah bedanken, fĂŒr seinen herzlichen Empfang und das er uns direkt nach Ankunft alles in der Umgebung gezeigt hat. Wo es möglich ist einkaufen zu gehen- wo sich die Haltestellen befinden und er hat sich darum gekĂŒmmert, das wir Fahrkarten sowohl fĂŒr Busse, Metro, RegionalzĂŒge usw nutzen können! Der KĂŒhlschrank war gefĂŒllt, so dass wir die komplette Woche ĂŒber genĂŒgend zu Essen fĂŒr das FrĂŒhstĂŒck hatten 👌👍 Der Supermarkt in der NĂ€he ist wohl nur ein reiner Lebensmittel Laden! Die Bahnverbindung vom Bahnhof Noisiel ist sowohl zum Disneyland als auch nach Paris genial. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen !

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft als Familie (Mutter, Neffe, Cousine ich und meine Freundin) gebucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß somit konnten wir uns auch zumindest etwas aus dem Weg gehen und jeweils etwas PrivatsphĂ€re genießen. Die Unterkunft ist etwas hellhörig hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Rundum waren wir alle sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank und vielleicht bis zum nĂ€chsten mal.

Schönes Quartier ziwschen Paris und Disneyland

Quartier war in Ordnung. Vielleicht ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Herausragend ist Salah mit seiner Gastfreundlichkeit. So viel Engagment und Hingabe bei der GĂ€stebetreuung gibt es sonst nirgends. Danke fĂŒr alles.

Gelungener Aufenthalt.

Im Vorfeld wurden alle Fragen durch den Vermieter schnell beantwortet. Wir wurden vor Ort sehr herzlich empfangen. Salah zeigte uns das Haus und fuhr mit mir zum Bahnhof und half mir beim Ticketkauf. Supermarkt, Bushaltestelle und ein Restaurant zeigte er mir ebenfalls. Ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Kommunikation in Englisch ist kein Problem. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Bushaltestelle fußlĂ€ufig 5 Minuten, ebenso der Supermarkt mit BĂ€cker. Paris Zentrum ca. 40 Minuten, Disneyland ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Zug entfernt. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

Tolle Unterkunft

Haus wie beschrieben, durch die Bauweise schöne hohe RĂ€ume, offen gestaltet. Mehrere GlastĂŒren zum Garten waren toll. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Sehr gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Wir haben das Auto weder fĂŒr Paris noch fĂŒr Disneyland gebraucht. Supermarkt und BĂ€cker in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Der Vermieter Salah ist ĂŒberragend. Sehr hilfsbereit hat er uns beim Besorgen des Wochentickets am Bahnhof geholfen. Er ist sehr freundlich und hĂ€tte bei jedem Problem unterstĂŒtzt. Er spricht auch Englisch. Zur Ankunft waren schon einige Lebensmittel fĂŒr uns da. Es hat allen gut gefallen (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Teenager)

Wow Wir hatten ein mega schönen urlaub uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Gastgeber und frau wirklich total nett und hilfsbereit. Alles genauso wie auf den bildern zu sehen. Supermarkt in 10 min gut zufuß zu erreichen, tankstelle und Restaurant direkt um die Ecke. FĂŒrs frĂŒhstĂŒck ist alles da. Perfekte ruhige Lage

Zuerst ein großes Lob an den Besitzer. Salah hatte uns extra direkt vorm Haus einen Parkplatz reserviert. Nach einer herzlichen BegrĂŒĂŸung und dem Besichtigen des Objekts, bei dem wir festellten ,daß der KĂŒhlschrank bereits mit Wasser ,Saft , Milch und anderen Dingen fĂŒr ein FrĂŒhstĂŒck gefĂŒllt war, waren wir beeindruckt. Danach hat er uns in seinem privatem PKW alle wichtigen Sachen in der Umgebung gezeigt und mit uns sogar die Tickets fĂŒr die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel besorgt.Die Bushaltestelle und der große Park sind in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Mit dem Zug sind es 35 Minuten nach Paris und 20 Minuten ins Disneyland .Die Gegend ist wirklich sehr ruhig und sicher. Einzig die Betten sind etwas zu kurz (nur 1,90 m ) und es gibt keine Deutschen TV-Sender. Da haben wir uns aber mit dem Laptop geholfen. Der Supermarkt ganz in der NĂ€he hat zwar tolle frische Produkte, allerdings gibt es dort kaum GetrĂ€nke zu kaufen (außer BiosĂ€ften und ein paar Spirituosen ). Die Schlafzimmer heizen sich tagsĂŒber trotz KlapplĂ€den und geschlossenen Fenster stark auf. DafĂŒr gibt es einen kleinen Garten der Abends im Schatten liegt und so fĂŒr AbkĂŒhlung sorgt. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub mit einem sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber

Een goede locatie om Parijs te ontdekken

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in de woning van Salah. Hij is zeer gastvrij; nam ons mee naar het treinstation om ons te helpen de openbaar vervoerskaarten aan te schaffen. Tevens liet hij zien welke buslijn we moesten nemen. Let wel op de tijden later op de avond. Dan rijdt er nog maar 2x een bus van het station naar de woning. Bij aankomst werden we verrast met een volle koelkast, voorzien van o.a. flesjes water, brood, boter, jam ed. De bedden zijn niet heel breed:140x200. Het huis is zeer goed uitgerust met apparatuur. De foto's komen overeen met de werkelijkheid. Het huis is gelegen in een rustige straat/wijk. Ideaal dat de auto voor het huis geparkeerd kan worden. Trein naar zowel Disneyland als Parijs: RER A, buslijn 220 (van en naar het station). Prijs van een weekkaart voor het openbaarvervoer bedroeg in mei 2023 35,00 euro.

Fijn verblijf voor bezoek aan Parijs

Goed verzorgde woning om met een gezin in te verblijven. Eigenaar is enorm vriendelijk, laat je de directe omgeving zien bij aankomst (treinstation, supermarkt et cetera) en zorgt voor een aantal primaire levensbehoeften in de koelkast en koffie/thee. Omgeving is rustig en goed bereikbaar vanaf de snelweg. Auto kan gratis geparkeerd worden op straat/parkeerplaats. Opgemaakte bedden en handdoeken inclusief. Bedden waren voor ons wel wat aan de krappe kant.

Idealer Ausgangsort fĂŒr Besuch von Paris und Disneyland

Gut ausgestattetes Objekt. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Mit dem Bus (2 Stationen) oder zu Fuß (ca. 20 Minuten) erreicht man den Bahnhof von Noisiel. Jederzeit gern wieder.
