Hi Regina, I think you just mean the renovation work on the front of the hotel, it's not really under construction though; there were small visual disturbances because during a renovation the view is obstructed for certain rooms which were concerned on the facade and we are aware that we had to rely on the understanding of our customers because there was no no view of the station, but we had informed our booking partners of this embellishment period to avoid any unpleasant surprises, it is a compulsory passage for each building and our Hotel is now waiting for you under its best profile for the Coupe du Rugby World and the 2024 Olympic Games!

Dear Viktor, Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback on your stay with your family in a quadruple room. You stayed in a 100% renovated room, 2 years ago. During the period of confinement in France, we renovated the common areas (floors and stairs). Surprised by your remark, we immediately checked the condition of the carpet in the room: nothing. During your 4-night stay, you refused service except for the change of towels. As our wifi is secure, you are required to connect every 24 hours. Sincerely

For a further stay, do not hesitate to ask our receptionists for advice on a few restaurant addresses that we recommend in the small neighboring streets, we will be happy to advise you!
