Indeed, you made a reservation in our small 11 rooms boutique hotel. Lift is small, but 12 years ago there was none. When this works was made we have chosen to give more space to the rooms than to the lift. Upon arrival we always take in charge our guest luggage for their confort. You have booked an exclusive room with balcony (22m²), which is not our biggest room size. In all our Junior Suite (25 m²) you can enjoy a queen size bed. Stars rating take place every 5 years in France, and we are glad to say we succesfully passed it last year. All documents are available at front desk if you need to learn more about star rating. It is sad we did not match with you standards and we hope you were able to find a more suitable hotel for the rest of your stay. Best regards

Indeed number of stars is not linked to room numbers. Our hotel is a 4 stars hotel with 11 rooms. In Paris you will also be able to find 5 stars with no more than 10 rooms. We are happy to offer one of the largest average size of rooms in Saint Germain des Près area. We offer complimentary slipers in all our rooms, they are located in the closet. We are really sorry for the light and TV issue but this is a shame, you did not say it at front desk during your 4 nights stay, this kinds of things can be fixed very easily.
