    This apartment will seduce you with its comfort, its brightness and its large terrace with its breathtaking view of the Seine.
    It consists:
    A fully equipped kitchen with a large central island, dishes, utensils, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.
    The living room has a large convertible corner sofa, armchairs, coffee table and TV screen.
    There are 4 bedrooms:
    - 1 bedrooms with a 140 x 200 double bed and a TV screen
    - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140 x 200
    - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a dressing room and a TV screen
    - 1 bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 + 1 bunk bed 1 person 90 x 190
    There are 2 bathrooms with Italian shower, sink and heated towel rail.
    A large terrace with barbecue and deckchair.

Amazing apartment with a beautiful view!

The place was so much fun to stay at. It had comfortable beds, beautiful italian showers and heated towel racks and a stunning view from the living room or balcony/patio. 10/10 would stay again when in Paris.

Wonderful Vacation Home

With easy access to transit lines, this apartment was perfect for my family. We stayed about a week and enjoyed the quiet of the neighbourhood but could enter Paris easily. The train into Paris was easy to navigate. I enjoyed our stay very much.

Laetitia was a 5*host in a 5*property. We were 2 couples and 2 singles, so we required a 4 bedroom. Our needs were definitely met. The design of the apartment was perfect, and we all had our privacy. The bedrooms were spacious. We were a 15 min walk from the st georges train station, which was an easy 4 stop 45 min commute to downtown Paris. Also the location was very close to Orly, maybe a 12 min drive. We spent a lot of time enjoying the terrace watching the ships pass by. During our 10 day stay we cooked our own meals about half the time and found the kitchen to be suitably stocked for our needs. 2 secure parking spots were required and available which was a huge bonus, as well as the washer/dryer and dishwasher. We would not hesitate to stay at Laetitia's apartment again. Her attention to detail, response time and overall concern for our well-being was unmatched. As Canadians, her warmth made us feel right at home:-)

The property is absolutely gorgeous - offering a gorgeous view of the Seine river, in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It’s close to the RER stop, and is easy to get to downtown Paris. The apartment is spacious, has all the amenities and is kid-friendly. Our kids particularly loved playing on the terrace and seeing boats go by on the river.Laetitia is an amazing host - she was very attentive, and proactively kept checking in to make sure that we were enjoying our stay. Highly recommend this stay!

MUST STAY-AMAZING APARTMENT

I was overly pleased with the apartment and the owner. The place was great, beautiful view and close to grocery store,, restaurants and transportation. The owner was great as well. Whenever I asked a question she made sure to send the answer. She went over and beyond. The home is just as pictured. I will refer everyone who is going to paris to stay at this apartment. We will be back.

Nice large appartment near Paris

We stayed here for one week, using the proximity to Villeneuve St. Georges railstation to visit Paris every day. On average it took us 30–45 min to get to locations in Paris, including the walk to the train station. The appartment is very spacious, allowing our children to have separate rooms of their own. The large sofa was nice for relaxing after the trips to paris. The nearby airport means it can get a bit loud on the patio, but air traffic stopped at 10 pm, so sleeping was no problem. The appartment is on top of the building where you get a good view over the Seine. It was nice to have a barbecue on the patio.

Lots of space

The actual property was very nice with nice views, however it was far from the city and the public transportation was no good. We end up hiring a taxy for all the day's we were there and it cost 190.00 euros every day. A expense that was not in the planning. Leticia is a very good person on every way and she was there when needed.

Superbe place. Hors Paris mais la gare est très près et on se rend à Paris dans peu de temps. C'est propre et tres beau avec une tres belle terrasse. La propriétaire répond toujours très vite à nos demandes ou questionnements. Je vous le conseil, si vous voulez payer beaucoup moins cher qu'à Paris et avoir plus de sous pour votre voyage, cest la place à louer. On est super bien. Merci

Tolle große Unterkunft für zwei Familien

Wir, 2 Familien mit insgesamt 3 Kindern hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Anbindung zum Bahnhof ist gut. Die 2 Disneylandbesuche sind wir mit dem Auto gefahren. Im großen und ganzen haben wir eine schöne Woche in einer tollen, großen und sauberen Unterkunft.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in Paris

Wir haben die Zeit in der großen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hat die perfekte Lage für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Paris. Der Zug ist in knapp 10 Minuten {Linie D) oder 20 Minuten (Linie C) zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Besonders haben wir die Grillabende auf der schönenTerrasse mit Blick auf die Seine genossen.

Viel Platz und gut angebunden

Mit acht Personen aus zwei Familien haben wir nicht nur die offene Küche und den großen Wohnraum mit Blick auf die Dachterrasse und die Seine genossen, sondern auch die zwei Bereiche mit je zwei Zimmern und einem Bad. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind rund 15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Neben dem RER-Bahnhof Villeneuve-St.-George (Linie D, 12 Minuten zu Fuß, aber ein paar Treppen) gibt es auch eine Bus-Anbindung (5 Minuten) nach Villeneuve sowie nach Ablon (RER C für das südliche Seine-Ufer).
