Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Comfortable room for 4 people. Shuttle bus to Orly Airport is a plus. Really good experience in general is you are in transit.
Helpful staff to mate check in so early great food in the restaurant room were very comfortable nice to have kettle and tea coffee in
Room bottle in room to get water.
A very good option for travelers from Orly airport who need to spend the night in comfort. The service was excellent, the room was large and spotless, and the parking lot was spacious and secure.
A reliable and convenient choice.
Staff were extremely nice and helpful. The staff spoked English and some Spanish. The hotel offered free water, wifi, plenty of parking and a shuttle to the airport that starts at 5:00am. It’s a close distance to the metro, bus and 20-25min to Oraly airport. The restaurant was ok, staff was nice and helpful but they seem to have run out of everything. The room was clean and if we ran out of something we could always ask the front desk. The beds are firm and the restroom was moldy in some parts they don’t have ventilation or a fan. The heater in the room was turned on but never heated up the room. So over all it was an ok stay.
I only stayed in town for I night and only chose this location for the direct shuttle ride from the airport and decent price. The location is a little awkward to exit by foot to get to the nearest local transport. The room is very basic.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Good place for the value for one night duration. The property is old and hallway is dark need to remodel to look better.
Ester ad the check in desk was super helpful and nice. Good luck with your studies.
We had a great experience at the Best Western Plus Paris Orly Airport. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even letting us store our luggage while we waited for our room. Once inside, we appreciated how quiet it was—perfect for resting after a long journey. The blackout blinds were a game-changer, making it easy to lose track of time in the best way. All in all, a smooth and restful stay!
After more than a week staying in severely cramped hotels we were elated to have such a normal sized room! The rooms were very clean and there were no odd smells. I think the restaurant could improve on their Cesar salad but overall okay especially if you are hungry for a hot meal. And all of the staff were so nice and gracious - I am so glad my mom accidentally picked this hotel!!

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The bathroom on our room had no curtains or glass door, the water from the shower made the bathroom very wet. The restaurant staff was not friendly at all. But the convenience of being close to the airport in a day that there was a strike in Paris and having a shuttle to the airport made it very convenient.
