Agréable mais cher.

Hôtel calme, un peu vétuste. Très bien dormi. Parc limitrophe. Accueil parfait. Personnel très serviable. A 2 minutes du RER. Mal indiqué sur site (Sevran et non Villepinte) Prix exorbitant (117€).

Hotel basic but served it's purpose

Myself & my Dad booked 2 rooms & stayed for 2 nights. My room (111) was fine but my Dads room (110) was a bit of a nightmare. His bathroom didn't have a door handle on the inside so he got stuck in the bathroom. Luckily I knocked on his door after 20 mins, if he'd been on his own, it could have been disastrous. After trying to explain this to the reception man, who understood no English to be fair to him, not a lot was done. I was allowed a key to help him escape but that's all. He was promised a new room when we returned from our day out, room 310, when we returned & he asked for the new key. He was given it & when he got into the room there was an angry naked French man! Again the man on reception couldn't understand what had happened so my Dad reluctantly just accepted his previous room key. Also his shower door fell off, to which nothing was done. It might have been fixed now though. The area nearby is quite rough, lots of people hanging around but nothing actually happened so can't complain too much. Overall it served it's purpose, but I wouldn't stay again.

Not sure if I would return.

The condition of our room was not good. There were repairs that should have been completed. The staff tried to be helpful but couldn't speak english well. Our confirmation indicated in room coffee make and hair dryer. There wasn't a coffee maker and the hair dryer was from the 1970s. Breakfast was good. The price was cheap for Paris.

je pense qu'il serait souhaitable de faire faire quelques travaux dans les salles de bain car meme en changent de chambre le niveau de d'entretien de la salle de bain est très moyen.

Good Hotel for parc des expesition

Location is great, but the area is rough looking and the hotel could do with redecorating. Neither of which I was bothered about as this was cheap business visit option. I needed somewhere cheap to crash for visiting the conference centre so this was great. 10 minutes train ride and 5 mins walk to the train station.perfect location wise. Shopping centres 2mins away on way to train station. Yes the park is filled with people drinking smoking etc but You Dont have to walk through it to get to this hotel. If you leave out of the main Rer train station exit, turn left walk to the main road.turn left again and walk about 3 mins along the main road (yellow fried chicjen place on your right now) with the park to your left. You'll see a bright yellow sign for another hotel, turn down that street and the comfort hotel will be on your right. Basically your walking around the park. Breakfast was nice €8, for buffet teas coffees, croissants, bread (no toaster), coco pops and cornflakes, boiled eggs, fruit, ham? And cheese. Kept me going all day. There were some Chinese restaurants in the shopping centre. But I got in late so only saw them in the morning. Fried chicken place supposedly Halal but didn't try or check it. There's a decent enough Sushi restaurant and a Halal Turkish restaurant one train stop down near Aulnay-sous-Bois station.

Forfærdelig beliggenhed, utrygt og ubehageligt

Håndvasken var i stykker så måtte børste tænder og vaske hænder i bruseren. Døren kunne ikke lukke. Hotellet lå i et utrolig dårligt område som var utrygt og ubehageligt og taxa chaffør ville ikke lade mig gå alene hen til hotellet. Ville gerne have været oplyst bedre om beliggenhed og den ringe standard. Dette kan I ikke tillade jer at anbefale folk. Personalet var dog søde og venlige

hôtel qui vieillit mal :-/

odeur de cigarettes quand on rentre dans la chambre, rafistolage de la baignoire. Difficulté de se connecter au wifi avec le pc portable mais pas avec le smartphone. Accueil correct Utile pour faire une nuit mais pas de services à proximité hormis le centre commercial carrefour

environnement pas terrible

je n'y retournerai pas, même pour une nuit. chambre à priori propre, mais ensemble vétuste, et hôtel placé au milieu d'une cité. environnement ni agréable, ni sécurisant.

En arrivant, le réceptionniste fumait à l'entrée et a balancé son mégot sur la pelouse remplie de mégots alors qu'un bac réservé à cet effet permettrait de garder propre l'entrée de l'hôtel.depuis des lustres les mégots sont la par terre sur des mètres carrés et personne semble choqué de ce décor. Dans la chambre N°105 , la télécommande TV ne marchait pas, impossible de vider l'évier sans aller à la pêche à la bonde avec les mains car le levier ne marchait pas.Le sèche cheveux ne marchait pas non plus.( je venais de me laver les cheveux, dommage pour moi de ne pas avoir essayé avant). Une porte de correspondance de chambre non fermée à clef laissait l'accès sur un mur rempli de tags. un rouleau de papier hygiénique de Ø25mm aurait mérité d'être remplacé par un neuf.Des rideaux de chambre trop longs de 50 cm trainaient par terre.au petit déj , du vieux pain pas frais sans doute sorti d'une trop longue période au congélateur.C'est le pire des hôtels que j'ai trouvé. Il suffirait simplement qu'il soit bien entretenu, mais sans doute la proximité du parc des expositions de Villepinte fait qu'il est pris en réservation rapidement . les propriétaires ou gérant de cet établissement sans foute royalement. si tout était bien entretenu, il pourrait être correcte car bien situé et l'ensemble salle de bain fait plutôt qualitatif.

Hotel vétuste pour un trois étoiles : moquette tachée, peinture écaillée, robineterie usagée, ménage insuffisant.... Heureusement, le personnel essaye de faire au mieux pour essayer de rendre notre séjour plus agréable (j'ai changé 3 fois de chambre!) Malheureusement, l'environnement n'aide pas !

BIEN POUR UN COURT SEJOUR

La TV ne fonctionnait pas il a fallu que je branche l antenne car la personne à l accueil n est jamais venue voir aprés ma demande, j ai donc déplacé les meubles et trouvé le pb. A part ça personnel sympa, l hotel aurait besoin de rénovation ça a vécu et ça se voit. Environnement un peu inquiétant mais aucun pb, les portes ont claqués une partie de la nuit nous empechant de dormir. C était pour une nuit donc supportable. Situé juste derriėre gare et bien pour aller à Villepinte expo.
