Furnished studio with mezzanine, Bastille / Aligre

Very nice bright studio with mezzanine and exposed beams of 22 m2, furnished, located on the 3rd floor of an old building with windows on courtyard, rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine (between metros Ledru-Rollin and Faidherbe-Chaligny) in the 11th district of Paris.

Small bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.

Large mezzanine accessed by a small wooden staircase with double bed. Sofa bed in single bed (nevertheless wide enough ...) in the large room of the studio, kitchen in the room. Small table with two foldable chairs, small coffee table in living room, small furniture with storage shelves.

Comes with fridge, washing machine, kitchenette with two electric rings and small oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils, cutlery ...

Sheets and pillows for the mezzanine and the sofa and a large duvet are available, but it is advisable to wash the sheets and extend them before departure (washing machine and drying rack available). Provide the necessary for personal hygiene (no towels provided).

We guarantee residents a tidying up and cleaning before their arrival, but residents are asked to clean the studio and empty their bins before departure.

Residents are also asked to avoid noise after 10pm: their neighbors live there year-round and work!

The studio is available for rent all summer, until September 5, 2019. Rental for 7 nights minimum 55 € per night, or 385 € the week.
