The apartment features a spacious living and dining area filled with natural light, providing plenty of room to relax after a day exploring Paris. The living room includes a comfortable sofa bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 4 guests.

The open-plan kitchen connects seamlessly to the living space and is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

The bedroom features a king-size bed and overlooks the building's interior courtyard, ensuring peaceful nights away from the bustle of the city.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, while the toilet is located in a separate room for added convenience.

Although the apartment does not have air conditioning, several fans are provided to ensure comfort during the warmer summer months.

Please note that a second smaller room in the apartment is kept locked and is not accessible to guests. The rest of the apartment is entirely private and for your exclusive use during your stay.

The apartment is ideally located just a 6-minute walk from Jacques Bonsergent (Line 5) and Gare de l'Est (Lines 4, 5, 7, as well as national and international train connections). République, one of Paris' major transport hubs, is also only a 12-minute walk away and serves five metro lines (3, 5, 8, 9 and 11), making it easy to reach every corner of the city.

For those arriving by train, Gare de l'Est is just minutes away on foot, while Gare du Nord can be reached in around 10–15 minutes, providing convenient access to Eurostar, high-speed rail services, and Charles de Gaulle Airport connections.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non EU residents.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
