Comfortable and Functional

I stayed for a visit to our Paris office, which is a 20 minute walk away. The neighborhood is nice and the hotel is clean, comfortable and functional. The food was fine (not great, not bad) and the breakfast was as well. No complaints, but no special compliments either. "Fine" is a suitable review; considering the reasonable price, it could be rated "Good". Lastly, if you're taking the Eurostar to London, leave enough time for the commute; I almost missed my train. Google Maps suggested it would be 35 minutes, but it turned out being almost an hour. Coupled with a 15 minute wait for the Uber, it was a close call.

friendly and quiet

The thing to point out is the friendly and committed services. I had a problem with my WiFi connection and the IT guy went out of his way to solve the problem. The location is not in the center and in our case was an advantage because of the demonstrations, There are two metro stations and few bus stations so comuting was easy

Great staff, the spoke English and couldn’t be more helpful. My only suggestion, don’t stay in room 150. We heard noises all night. It sounded like someone was moving furniture in the next room and another night it sounded like someone was in our room rubbing their hands together. We think it may have been an ice maker In the elevator lobby which was right on the other side of the wall outside of where our heads were when we slept. Either that or the room is haunted. Would definitely recommend this place. Great staff, clean, short walk to metro.

Dommage au Crowne plazza

L‘accueil, le bagagiste, parfait. La demande était prise en charge pour les mariés, le bémol a été que les mariés ont été prié de quitté la chambre à 9h30 du matin par la femme de chambre accompagné d‘un homme. Nous avions demandé un départ tardif pour l‘évènement. Mais une troisième personne de la récéption a aussi téléphoneé vers 11h pour qu‘ils quittent la chambre. Je pense que arrivé à 3h du matin après avoir célébré leur mariage, encore préciser ne pas déranger car nous avons demandé un départ tardif qui nous a été confimé par la récéption à 3h du matin. Nous avions mis sur la porte de la chambre ne pas dérangé. Nous avons résérvé un brunch pour 10 personne à 13h et malgré nos précautions, nous avons été traqué pour quitter la chambre dès 9h30

rooms and breakfast were well suited to business travel. I got the room upgrade in order to have waters, etc on hand in the mini bar which supported my long hours.
