Nähe zu Paris, günstig, sauber

Die Nähe zu Paris ist gegeben. Ca. 45 Minuten mit Auto nach Paris ist möglich. Man sollte sich allerdings mit Stau, heftigen Verkehr und Stress auseinandersetzen. An sich liegt die Wohnung in einer Nebenstrasse allerdings ist diese auch recht laut. Das Bad ist ein wenig klein. 2 Personen können sich nicht unbedingt gleichzeitig darin aufhalten. In unmittelbarer Läufnähe ( höchstens 5 Minuten) liegt ein LIDL, ein Bäcker und viele kleinere Geschäfte. Fährt man 1,4 km kommt man an den Bahnhof Vert Galant. Von dort aus fährt man nach Paris. In der Nähe gibt es auch einen McDonalds. Die Wohnung ist sauber und geordnet. Man hat die Möglichkeit auf der Veranda zu frühstücken und zu Rauchen.

Nous avons passé un agréable week-end, l’appartement était propre, tout était a disposition. Sinon nous revenons à paris pour un week-end on reprendra cet appartement ! Je recommande!

neue und sehr saubere Wohnung, tolle Kommunikation

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war stets schnell, informativ und mit Humor. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und mit allem Nötigen einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Empfang war herzlich und vor Ort ist immer ein Ansprechpartner. Die Wohnung liegt sehr am Stadtrand von Paris und ist somit sehr ruhig gelegen. Bis zur Metro läuft man etwa 15 Minuten und der Zug fährt rund 30 Minuten bis zum Gard du Nord. Wir haben es unser Wohl gefühlt!

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen netten kurzurlaub in Frankreich. Die Unterkunft war gut. Da wir viel unterwegs waren, hat es vom Platz her ausgereicht. Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, ich bin aber auch etwas pingelig, da ich aus dem Hotel Gewerbe komme. Die matratze im Schlafzimmer war für meinen Mann und mich allerdings zu hart. Die large war vollkommen in Ordnung man hat 200 Meter ca. Weiter ein lidl zum Einkaufen. Es gibt mehrere kleine Restaurants in der Umgebung. Ca 5 autominuten entfernt gibt es einen wunderschönen Park mit Spielplatz und viel Spazier Möglichkeiten. Alles in allem war es sehr schön.
