## Logement
Just a few meters from the town hall square, this apartment immerses you in a lively neighborhood, well connected by public transport and surrounded by numerous shops. Located on the 1st floor of a building without an elevator, it is accessible via a relatively steep staircase and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The common areas, currently in poor condition (see photos), are scheduled for renovation in 2026. This will not affect the comfort or maintenance of the apartment. Please note: a lively bar is located nearby, which may cause some noise.
