Nice hotel.. Madam Ahlam, the reception staff manager, was highly professional. The entire hotel staff was friendly and smiling. The rooms were good but small, like most hotels in Paris. Yes, I will repeat the experience and return to live in the hotel in the future

The hotel is in a great location lots of local restaurants and shops easy walk to the metro, hotel is designed beautiful, front desk staff amazing and extremely helpful, we had 2 junior suites for for a family 6 plenty of room, could not fault this hotel made for a very enjoyable vacation

I have to thank Karin for his hospitality which is not extremely common in Paris, I have to say. I had some issues coming from the airport on the top of the wicked headache after not sleeping on the airplane. He was very helpful from the moment I got there until the day I left for the airport. The check-in time is 3 pm but he made sure I got my room sooner than that. Paris is beautiful. Parisians however would be a topic of a very different conversation.

A balcony makes all the difference!
Great location and area to stay in. The Room I booked was with a balcony - the first room I was provided was more like a cell with no balcony BUT, staff recognised their error and moved me to a room with a balcony. Given the size of he rooms this made a huge difference and I would recommend always booking a room with one. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Good breakfast with a pleasant variety to select from.

The hotel was average - the bar downstairs was not open at all and we kept asking for supplies of Tea bags etc. It reminded me of a B&B. The room up in the attic on floor 6 was not very pleasant with a small tilt and turn window. but it was very clean and the staff were pleasant.

Staff are very friendly and can provide excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants. The hotel has 2 elevators, however only one was working. We were on the 6th floor (top floor) and would sometimes it would take 4 or 5 minutes to get to or from our room.

Loved that I received a little cake on arrival and was given a bottle of water each night. Towels are amazing felt like clouds. Staff was so friendly and nice. Nice furniture around the hotel and artwork. The room was small, could use with a bit of a redesign, i.e. the minifridge was used as a side table but then the wardrobe is so small you have to place your clothes sideways. the desk was big that maybe the minifridge could fit under it? To give a bit of space, I wasn't really able to put my suitcase in a good place. You can hear the noise of the trains every so often but is bearable. The location was good for me, short walk to the metro station Liege (6mins) you can also walk to other brassieres near by. Would stay there again.

Claudia and the team at Le Swann where outstanding! They went out of our way to make our team feel welcomed. We had 7 rooms with two days of meetings in the meeting room and afterwards everyone hated leaving the hotel. All of us will be back with our families.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Several staff members spoke English. I loved how close the metro station were. Rome and Europe metro stations were close enough to wake too. The rooms are small but very cozy, clean, and quiet. I thoroughly enjoyed my Paris stay here and will definitely stay again!

Good cozy hotel. Great shape. Rooms are a little small but that's the standard everywhere in Europe. Not located in the center, but easy to access thru Villiers station. Plenty of restaurants in the area

Nice quiet hotel On a side street and we had a room that faced inwards with a balcony. This meant the little traffic that went past went past we couldn’t hear. Would recommend staying here and would return.
