Great location across the street from St PLACIDE Metro (line 4) and one block from another line at Rennes Quick, easy access to all of Paris direct line to Paris Nord Eurostar. Quite boutique hotel not fancy but cleans comfortable beds will definitely book again

Staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. In a really good location, metro line 4 is a 1 minute walk and most things are walkable. Restaurants and bakeries nearby are lovely.

We were allocated a room on the 6th floor. The elevator only reaches the 5th floor and there are no staff to help you with the luggages. The room is also very small and breakfast variety is minimal.

A comfortable stay close to all ammenities
very helpful staff and the Comfort room was spotless although rather small. Unfortunately there was no coffee supplied in the room - only tea, which neither of us drink. We were unable to get the air conditioning unit to work and the bath/shower needed a safety handle as it was rather awkward and slippery to get out from. Overall, we had a very cosy and comfortable stay. An added bonus is that the hotel is situated in a lively area with bars/bistros within a few steps and the Metro is about 20m from it too = very convenient if travelling with luggage.

This was in a great area. Metro steps from the door. Lots of great restaurants and cafes in the area. You can walk to the Seine River from here. On Sunday I ran into a Sunday Market just down the street, it was amazing with types of foods, wines, gifts and gadgets.

Typical small room that one expects in Paris for the price. Staff was really nice. The area is nice with many dining options. The room was 82 degrees and is controlled somewhere other than in the room. If air conditioning is advertised, the room should have air conditioning. The lobby was nice and cool for the employees but the rooms were not. I should have slept in the couch on the lobby.

The room was smaller than expected (open the door and it hit the bed). Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. About 20-25 walk to Louvre and Musee D’Orseay. Close to metro stations.

Great location. Walkable to many landmarks and great food choices available in the region. The hotel is small and the rooms are very tiny (most of them with no view) however, the service was spectacular. The gentleman at the front who greeted and check us in was very friendly and outspoken. We were truly amazed. He gave us a tour of the basement and also showed us the breakfast options available. Breakfast was very worth it and very delicious. Highly recommend it at 19 Euros a day per person. Cleanliness was good. Hotel does not have separate bodywash, shampoo, and conditioner. Bring you own

Property was clean, bed was too hard for me but still comfortable. Nearly all staff spoke english, just a couple i had to use translater on my phone. About 1/2 hour walk to eiffel tower, i just loved wandering around the streets.

Front desk staff could be a bit more attentive
Our stay was comfortable however I think the front desk staff could be better trained for guest services and more personable. We needed assistance to book a train to Reims for a tour of the Champagne region. I was told there are no trains on Sunday which was totally false and caused us unnecessary stress and delays the next morning.

The hotel is located in a very nice area - a lot of restaurants and shops, metro station 3 min from the hotel. The rooms are quite small but since it was a business trip and I was alone in the room, it was fine. The room is clean and the staff is very friendly. I staid at this hotel several times and I will definitely stay again. The only thing to improve is the breakfast - it's very very poor :(

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was my husband’s first time in Paris. The staff were all so pleasant and so hospitable. They were very accommodating with our request for early check-in and even for a balcony room. At first, the balcony room wasn’t available but as soon as when someone checked out of that room, we were immediately notified so we transferred. This hotel also has a very central location to shops, restaurants, boulangeries, and metro stations. Would definitely stay here when we visit Paris again. 💛🇫🇷

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Amaris until the last day when a new young woman was there to check us out. She was not friendly and clearly did not like foreigners. But what’s worse is she overcharged my credit card by 360 euros by transposing two numbers. I said that was a lot more than I thought I should owe, but she had already charged my card before printing me out a detailed receipt which I had to ask for and where I noticed her mistake. Now I just hope I get my refund. If you’re working in the hotel business in Paris, you really should be friendly to foreign travelers. The men who worked there however were very helpful and friendly and the hotel is very cute and in a great location in Montparnasse.

A pleasant place to stay in Paris
It was a pleasant stay with friendly staffs. The room was small but adequate enough to accomodate my wife and I comfortably. That is Paris, almost all hotel rooms are small. Easy access to metros and lots of cafes, restaurants, and shopping.

Charming hotel well located with restaurants, shops and metros closed by. Safe neighborhood to walk late at night. Room was spacious enough for 2 people and it was clean. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Great location, great friendly accomodating staff, and great ammenities for a Paris hotel. Good value. It looks like there used to be a bar set up in the very lovely breakfast room - my suggestion would be to bring that back as it looked as if it was self-service with state of the art wine dispensors - at least for say happy hour. I've been to Paris about 30 times and this may be my new go-to!
