The Space:

Welcome to our home!



Ideally located in the 7th arrondissement, between Les Invalides and Saint-Germain, our spacious 35 m² flat is the perfect place to enjoy the most beautiful sights of Paris. Close to tourist attractions, museums and public transport.



Our one-bedroom flat is bright, fully equipped and has modern décor. The living room is furnished with a sofa, dining table and television so you can enjoy a relaxing day if you wish. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave/oven and toaster so you can prepare a simple meal at home. We also provide a kettle and coffee machine to get your day off to a good start!



Feel free to use the ironing facilities, Wi-Fi and streaming services.

The Neighborhood:

The 7th arrondissement is located on the Left Bank. It stretches from Rue des Saints-Pères to Avenue de Suffren. It is also known as the ‘Palais-Bourbon arrondissement’. The arrondissement is brimming with tourist attractions and museums: between Les Invalides and its Army Museum, the Eiffel Tower, which needs no introduction, the Grand Palais and its temporary exhibitions that must be booked months in advance (but it's worth it!), the Quai Branly Museum and its collections from around the world, the Rodin Museum and its many sculptures, and much more. Your thirst for culture and the arts will be quenched! I also highly recommend trying the cuisine of Michelin-starred chef Jean-François Piège, chef at the famous Crillon, who offers excellent value for money at his brasserie in Thoumieux, with a view of the Eiffel Tower to boot! Or try Pottoka, where chef Sébastien Gravé showcases his native region, the Basque Country, with refined and surprising dishes. Hurry there, you won't be disappointed! It is, without hesitation, my favourite place in the neighbourhood.



Getting Around:

Our house is ideally located a 4-minute walk from Varenne underground station and 7 minutes from Solferino underground station.



Other Things to Note:

This is an automatically registered property. Information regarding self-registration will be sent up to 48 hours in advance after you have completed our arrival form.



The flat is located on the ground floor and overlooks an inner courtyard.



Please note that in the living room, where you will find the sofa bed, there is a beautiful new glass roof. There are blinds, but they are not blackout blinds.
