Bien mais peu mieux faire

Séjour d'1 nuit avec ma fille. Les chambres sont censées être prêtes à 14h, nous avons eu la notre à 15h et nous avons eu l'impression de déranger la jeune dame de l'accueil qui n'a pas répondu à notre bonjour car elle était sur son portable et qui ne savait pas quand une chambre serait disponible. Literie au top, propre mais faut pas trop regarder dans les coins, inversion eau chaude eau froide, j'ai failli me rincer la bouche à l'eau super chaude. Bien pour un court séjour.

Hôtel réservé pour une nuit pour une arrivée très tardive et un départ très tôt le matin. Rien de négatif à signaler, un parking privé et sécurisé derrière l'hôtel, le monsieur de l'accueil très accueillant et efficace dans son travail, le monsieur de la sécurité très avenant, la chambre n'était pas très grande mais confortable pour 2, la literie et les oreillers sont de qualité, la chambre et la salle de bain/toilettes étaient très propres, l'hôtel était calme, nous avons très bien dormi. Nous n'avons pas pris de petit-déj donc pas d'avis là-dessus mais le reste était très convenable, en tout cas pour une nuit ! Je recommande...

Quelques petits malentendu a l arrivée , mais tres vite regelé par la responsable de l hotel… petit bemole sur le petit dejeuné qui etait un peut mal géré, machine café, chocolat chaud en panne…. ca arrive… peut etre prevoir plus de personnel le matin pour mieux géré des l ouverture du petit dejeuné..sinon tres bien dans l ensemble. Sejour d une seule nuit pour nous donc a voir sur plus long terme
