The Cocoonr∕Book&Pay agency offers this air-conditioned house for rent in the town of Villeneuve-le-Roi. It has a surface area of 75 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests. It comprises a 35 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a garden of approximately 20 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels are included. The accommodation is laid out as follows:
