Double exposition Est/Ouest, bel espace ouvert avec coin bureau, cuisine spacieuse équipée, salle de bain, séjour/salle à manger et canapé lit trÚs confortable. Télévision, internet HD, lave-linge. Lieu de vie trÚs agréable dans un petit immeuble quasiment privé, entre Gare du Nord et Gare de l'Est.
