## Logement
Located on the 7th floor with elevator, the accommodation comprises:
- two bedrooms with a double bed, a sofa bed and a cot;
- a shower room and a bathroom with a bathtub;
- a fully-equipped kitchen
- and a living room.

You'll particularly appreciate :
- its two balconies, east and west;
- its south-facing terrace of 40m², fitted out for meals with garden furniture, all unoverlooked and out of sight;
- its brightness ;
- its quiet location (overlooking two gardens).
- and its location, close to public transport and several restaurants.

During your stay, you'll have access to Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine and oven.

The apartment is close to the "Nation" and "Faidherbe - Chaligny" metro stations.
There's a "Carrefour" supermarket at the foot of the building, an Auchan store ("A deux pas") across the street and a "Franprix" store a 6-minute walk away for your everyday needs.

## Emplacement
The 11th arrondissement of Paris stretches for the most part from the Place de la Bastille to the Place de la Nation and the Place de la République. Far from being uniform, it is nevertheless homogeneous in the idea that it is a lively arrondissement, full of bars and restaurants, where there is much to experience. The Bastille area is particularly lively, with many shopping areas, offices, colleges, hospitals and the Gare de Lyon, which brings a steady stream of travellers to the centre.

Line 8 (Station Faidherbe-Chaligny station): 300 meters away.
Lines 1 and 8 (Reuilly-Diderot station): 350 meters away.

Line 86 (Hôpital Claude Tillier station): 150 meters away.

Bastille, Latin Quarter, Saint Germain des Prés and terminus at the Eiffel Tower. Terminus opposite Zoo de Vincennes.
From Paris-Orly airport: 36 minutes by car.
From Gare de Lyon: one metro station from the apartment or a 15-minute walk.
